Cane Rosso has been a long time favorite but tonight's meal was just ok. We ordered 2 pizzas and they were not pleasing at all. The flavors were good but the crust was completely wet and limp. Also, ordered a bottle of Prosecco that sat over on the bar for about 15 minutes before being served to us and the server then left it sitting in the table with no chilled champagne bucket to help keep it chilled—had to add ice to our glasses of Prosecco which, of course, waters it...
Our server was great & food was fantastic. It gets super loud in there with the crowd but expected on a busy Saturday afternoon. Tried the Billy Ray Valentine bacon pizza — YUM! Also the Rosemary tater tots appetizer & spagetti & meatballs were wonderful. Our table also had the chicken parm sandwich that was enough for two. All so good!
The food was good, although part of the outside layer of my brisket lasagna was actually hard and crunchy(I've never experienced that with pasta before). It is really loud in there, to the point that talking to others at the table was difficult. The other two members of my dining party really enjoyed their pasta and salad.
