This location gives me hometown hospitality with quality affordable meals. My meal was not only cooked to perfection but the nicest individuals work here and we’re so pleasant to be served by. I look forward to my next visit!

What a happy atmosphere. All the employees smiled and teased with you. They were jolly on the spot with service. Great place, we intend to go back several times.

I grew up eating at this location. It's still a favorite of mine, and I hate to be petty, but they refuse to give me enough sauce. It's happened several times. I always order the most expemsive platter and ask for tarter, cocktail, and malt vinegar. Its the same thing I have ordered for literally decades. Something is always missing. Tonight, I was on the phone with my wife when she went through the drive through and heard her ask for my normal, then ordered hers and said she would also like tarter and cocktail. We got on of each. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but I wont eat it without my sauces. I'm so frustrated with being shortchanged. I dont mind paying extra, just give me what I asked for. Im sick of it. I live 3 blocks away and I am seriously contemplating giving up on the place over stupid sauces. Get it together Captain ds

Told the worker that the coleslaw tasted funny and ask her to change for something else. She refused, because she said it was just made that morning. Rude to say the least. I will go see manager tomorrow.

It's really good actually. They greet you when you walk in the door, friendly smiles. The restaurant was clean, the food was decently priced and was delicious. I don't have anything to complain about. Top notch!

Everything looked freshly prepared.

The food is consistently good, with one exception. The chicken was fried differently last time we were there, but I'm hoping thats not permanent. The staff are always professional and kind.

Customer service was horrible. I had to do an online order while in the store for what I wanted. Even though me and my child were going to dine in they told me they wouldn’t give it to me dine in and that it had to be made to go. Then there is a sign saying if I wasn’t offered one of two deals being the butterfly shrimp or hush puppies I could get it for free. I informed the manager on duty whom was the one I was initially interacting with and she denied me the offer.
Wouldn’t bring the food to us, then when we got our food it was so nasty, no joke yes the fish was good but the coleslaw was nasty, the popcorn shrimp was nasty, my son wouldn’t even eat it, I’m not exaggerating and he found a bug cooked into the French fries so he wouldn’t eat at all, I showed the manager on duty the bug in the food and I was not offered a refund and not even an apology. Disgusted that I chose to eat here today. Very Dissatisfied. The manager on duty today was named Pearla.

Just left there these people should be ashamed everytime you go there something is off and it’s the food half cooked are old who is managing this location if you looking for good fresh well done food please do not go there save your money
