Outstanding food, waiter service and food station selections and service. Special shout out to the gentleman serving the roast beef. His roast had run out and there was a lengthy delay in delivery to him of a new roast. I was first in line for the new roast and finally decided to go get turkey instead. After about 5-10 minutes he appeared at our table with a plate of roast for me. It's a huge venue and how he knew where I was sitting in beyond me. Outstanding service ... I wish I'd had the presence of mind to get his name. I do have one complaint. When making the reservation I requested a table close to the food lines as I have limited mobility. When we were being escorted to our table (113) we passed a good number of identical and empty tables as we walked further and further from the food lines. I stopped the woman escorting us and told her of my request. She told me that is just a request and they don't have to honor it. I told her that we just passed many tables that would be perfect for our group and to seat us at one of those. She said that they had several hundred more people coming and those tables are reserved for them. I said ... well we're here and would like to be seated at one of those tables, groups that come later can be seated at the tables that are further away. At that point my daughter walked up, figured out what was going on and persuaded the woman to go back up front and change our table. She came back a few minutes later and seated us at table 129 which worked out great. I paid over $600 for our group of 5 ... well worth the price of the meals and experience we received. At that price I figure that the Omni can honor the simple requests made by customers of limited mobility. Also, if the Cast Iron does not honor such requests, make note of that fact on the reservation page.

The Omni is always consistent in how well they handle the reservations and parking. And the service and food are so good with a big variety. The free champagne, expresso martini, and other drinks were a surprise. They have some foods that we look forward to being there every year. And also new items that make us try and like new things. We have come for the Christmas buffet about five years and are never disappointed.

We came in for dinner and waited an hour to order and an hour for the food to arrive. Even when requested, our waiter failed to come by the table for refills. The food was mediocre, which was disappointing considering how long the wait was. The restaurant was not busy and they had several waiters on the floor. For the price of the meal, the slowness of the kitchen and the disregard of the staff is especially frustrating. I would not recommend this restaurant hotel.

Pretty terrible experience. Restaurant was basically empty, but food took 40 minutes to arrive, they mixed dressing in the salad despite being asked to put it on the side, and one of our party had to wait an additional 20 mins for food (we’d almost finished by the time it arrived).

We went early afternoon on a Sunday. It was pretty empty, thus it was nice and quiet. I think the temperature was in the mid 60s but they still had the fire place on which added a nice touch to the cozy feel that the restaurant had. The service was good and the food was good as well. That was our first time going but we liked it and I bet we’ll go back again.
The food was spectacular. I stayed for a week long conference and ate breakfast and lunch every day. Highly recommended.
