Great customer service, especially from Carla (I hope that’s what her name was!)

I love the food. The only major drawback is the cleanliness.

The countertop where your food is pre made is not clean at all. The POS machine and the area surrounding it is filthy. I’m even shy to ask for pita bread because they will slide it to the cashier on that same dirty stainless steel counter. I won’t get fork either because the utensil holders are...

Love Cava! This location seems to be a bit understaffed as the tables were all a bit dirty. But the food was delicious and I observed the staff completing a quality check on the food while I was there! Good to see they hold such high standards.

I placed an online order through the app for a steak bowl. I was given literally 4 pieces of steak in my bowl. Come on cava. It’s already so over priced but 4 pieces ? I’m also sick, I had my two year old with me. I was hoping to eat my steak cava bowl after a long day. I’m so disappointed.
