I was not expecting to like Cava as much as I did. Someone compared it to a chipotle and I think this is not the best association. Cava has fresh healthy ingredients in a clean environment with employees that care about allergies and food restrictions. When someone ordering said they had a gluten allergy, the person preparing the food, changed their gloves and washed their hands before preparing the meal.
