Went in on Saturday afternoon around 3pm and the place was empty. Ok, maybe no one eats at that time, but after eating there, I can see why. The food was extremely salty. Couldn't finish my beef bowl. I might just be biased since I can't take too much salt.

Seasoning wise and freshness wise it is a miss. Tried the butter fried rice, banh mi and pork buns but all missed the mark. Fries were the worst.

We were first disappointed that they totally changed the menu from a year ago. But the new menu isn’t bad. We enjoyed the sate mignon plate and the fire pork belly plate. The turmeric rice tasted very good. Although the portion sizes just fit small appetite persons.Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Dining area was clean.

We came in with high hopes but left disappointed. The fried chicken had good flavor but the skin was tough and the meat was super dry. We all agreed that we can get better frozen dumplings from any grocery store. The most frustrating was the kiosk they made you use to order, it was very frustrating and took forever to use. It would have been nice to order at the counter and save time. As a few walked in it was obvious that the kiosk was a pain in the rear to use. Dinner was subpar and the overall experience was one that I will not be returning.

We've eaten here quite a bit. We hadn't gone in a couple months, and noticed they changed their menu. Not a fan. Nothing was bad, but the old menu tasted healthier/fresher. Feels more like a weird/trendy American Chinese than fresh/healthy bowls. My kids did enjoy the new ramen noodles, and the fried chicken was decent. Chicken teriyaki was dry. Cheeto wings were bizarre (but okay??) And egg rolls were decent. Not crazy about the rice. Miss all the old veggies/add ins.

We've eaten here before and have always loved the food, but went today and noticed the menu had changed. The bao buns (my favorite in the past) are now fried and had a heavy grease flavor. We ordered 4 and threw 3 away. Beef is no longer an option either. I'm just sad to see that they have limited their menu (which was fairly small to begin with) and the quality/taste of the food was disappointing. We won't be returning.

We ordered the Xard Grilled Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, and egg rolls (see pictures). Everything tasted excellent! The most important thing to me - I can substitute rice with veggies for a healthy, low-carb option when I want. No extra charge, so not being punished for trying to be healthier! ? The food was fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is fun for dining in - music volume also good for conversations. I liked the kiosks - it shows you every option *with pictures* to customize your dish with and is easy to use. We plan to come back regularly since it is one of the fewer places with healthy, heavy veggie options without an unjustifiable up-charge!

they have a brand new menu, got the fire pork belly with xm rice. great flavors.
Order from a kiosk, unpersonalble staff, mediocre food and so cold inside it's clear they don't want you to stay long. Unsure how this place is still in business.

Authentic , delicious and very feeling. We paid $11 for the beef Banhmi and $12 for a Fire glazed pork belly. It was worth every penny. The beef and pork were both soft and tender. They also have Kirin beer for $4.50 and Coke in Glass bottle for $3.50. Customer service was great, really easy to understand and quick to offer if you are in doubt on what to get. They also have a nice mural to take a cute pic if you like.
Kid-friendliness: Very specious and nice big murals that kids may like
Parking: Plenty of spaces to park
Guy’s this is seriously a hidden gem in Ft Worth! Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. You seriously get what you pay for here, perfect balance flavors and cooked right. Fresh ingredients and they even stayed open late for us. Soda fountain with great flavors and they serve beer as well!!!!We will be coming back soon and often. Pet friendly patio, great atmosphere!

Food and flavors were delicious would have preferred if the food was a bit more hot. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Overall great experience.
Great service and amazing food! We tried it for the first time and were very impressed! Wish we had tried sooner. We will be back!
This place is hit or miss, despite the food being good. If they aren't busy food is ready early, but if they are busy, don't bother ordering food ahead at all. The estimated time given on mobile orders is wrong, & won't be ready despite them confirming. I understand needing to take care of in store customers, but y'all either need to delay the confirmation, give a longer estimated time, or just not accept the order at all. It sucks watching everyone else get their orders made despite having placed an order in advance & being pushed to last in line.
