To the owner or manager of this franchise: what are you doing? All the sodas are flat, and it happens constantly. No ice at all from the soda machine for over 3 weeks. The men’s restroom has been out of paper towels for like about a month now. Get it together. Train your employees. Fix your store.

What restaurant is out of ice before noon on a Thursday? This is normally my "go-to" for excellent Philly Cheese steaks. I drive in from 38 miles out just for Charley's. Normally good, but today's beef sandwich was so salty I could not eat it. The drinks were served without ice because nobody took the time to go get ice before opening? Seriously??? Hopefully the new Charley's opening in Springtown will not only be closer to home, but perhaps the food will not be as salty and maybe they'll even have their own ice maker on site...

Great Philly Steak sandwiches. The lemonade is homemade. The atmosphere is get in get out. If you want a good Philly, it's a good place to go. I will repeat

We ordered ahead on the app was super easy! Once the order was placed it said less then 10 minutes I figured no way cause EVERY sandwich place is super slow but to my surprise my order was all ready! the store is way bigger inside then it appeared looked really well kept with indoor seating place smelt so good! Super fast! the old fashioned cheese steak was very good 8/10 the wiz is good and the onions have perfect color 👌 😋. Are the wings as good as the steaks!?!?! I will be back to find out this place is good!

I would have given this location a 5 star just based on the food, but for some reason, the past 2 orders that I had were not what I ordered, I can't stand onions or bell peppers so I always ask them to take it off but the past 2 times I went there they add both. Thank God I'm not allergic to them. It's a nice location and the food is good just make sure they make it right before you leave

Ordered online through the app for curbside pick-up. That process was easy and smooth. I would say $16 for a meal from a fast food restaurant is steep. The food was brought to our car and the guy was nice. However, when we opened up our boxes my husband was missing his fries. He had to go back in and the girl seemed surprised they were not in the box and honestly acted as if he was lying. He had to wait for new fries to be prepared. They sandwiches were mediocre and definitely not worth the price. My Cajun fries were tasty but could have used a bit more time in the fryer.

The food wass amazing ? The phillys were a perfect balance of bread and toppings. The regular fries were crispy and hot. Everything was flavorful. The strawberry lemonade was delicious. The service and atmosphere was great. We will return again!

I got the wings and veggies. The celery was mushy might have gotten frozen previously, gross. Wings were cooked well but the buffalo sauce was pretty lame. Maybe next time I’ll try the Philly.

Horrible place to try. I went in at 1:50 today. Placed an order, waited around 15 minutes. Started seeing other people getting their fruit before me. Went to go ask the manager, he said he He gave me the order.I said, no I will sit in that corner.Then he stated he gave it to someone else. Then, when he tried to give me the refund, he only gave me partial refund. He had to do the transaction twice. To give me a full refund.Never did get to eat here. I will not try this place again. Very upsetting.

So I really liked this place up until today, the apparent owner is cheating out customers today with the popcorn chicken vs one of their boneless wings. They claim 2 is a equivalent of one but it is not they are not the same we felt like we paid twice the amount of what we got. When we complained about the quality and quantity they said there was nothing they could do about it. More like they didn't want to do anything about it, we order every Tuesday this is very disappointing. IF THEY SAY THEY ARE OUT OF BONLESS AND CAN SYB POPCORN SAY NO AND WALK AWAY SPEND YOIR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

you dont serve your customers pop corn chicken for boneless wings when they don’t even match up to them then lie to your customers food cost to much to not give a customer what they paid for
