The appetizers were great but it took an hour to get our food. The wonderful evening manager took the food off our bill because of the delay. It wasn't crowded, but the server was not on her game.

Since Darden bought Cheddar's, the food quality has gone down the drain. Their corporate management team has sucked the life out of a once great restaurant chain.I've been a Cheddar's loyalist for over 30 years. Not anymore! It was tastless and bland. The store was, justifiably, empty. I blame it on the food. The server was great, as was the manager who had the displeasure of hearing me air my grievances. Unless Cheddar's is targeting the 'Nursing Home in the Midwest' crowd, they're way off the mark. I recommend nothing on the menu. However, I do recommend taking your business elsewhere. It's horrible!

Food and service was mediocre. Had to go to the bar to finally get my water refilled. Our waiter only came to tables to place the orders and drop off food. We went mid-afternoon on Easter, but not busy. I ordered the creamy tilapia and shrimp dish, husband ordered the chicken pot pie. So-so. We won’t be back.

It was difficult to enjoy the dining experience because an individual from the kitchen staff was in the dining area arguing with his girlfriend in front of several patrons. The waitress was distracted by this which contributed to the experience negatively. Very unprofessional. I was truly disappointed since the food was actually good but I was ready to leave because of the situation..

Had lunch here today ordered t-bone steak cook medium loaded baked potato steamed broccoli baked potato only had cheese butter and I think sour cream it didn't even taste like a baked potato it was just nasty they replaced it with potato soup which was equally as bad it tasted like bacon grease not like the potato soup I've ate there before most of the steak was overcooked and dry until about 3/4 of the way in it turned mid-rare and then an inch or two from the bone it was raw I don't even know how you could cook a steak so uneven their food has really went downhill I don't think I'll be back this was absolutely disgusting (my mother ate there with me her food was just about as bad and now she's about to throw up and I'm sick to my stomach as well) this is my opinion and only my opinion
