Everyone in my party had something wrong with their food. Waitress never refilled waters, didn’t give us extra napkins, had to get ketchup off the next table as ours was empty. My salmon was a little overdone and had been sitting around because it was cold. My daughter’s meatloaf was overdone with not enough gravy. My husbands ribs were dry, not enough sauce, and all his food was crammed onto one platter, so he lost half of his veggies off the side. My son in law ordered baked potato WITHOUT sour cream, but it came with sour cream, his steak had a weird consistency. Also my coleslaw tasted funny.. the waitress did bring some substitutes and another baked potato, They have a large table in the room and we all had to squeeze by due to SO many people at it. We also waited an hour for our food! That’s inexcusable, we won’t be coming back any time soon!

They said 20 min wait it was way over an hour. People were leaving they were waiting so long. We all watched tables leave and become clean at one point we counted them 10 tables were cleaned and ready and people were still waiting over an hour. Big groups were leaving. We got a table took forever for a waitress to come. Then they got our food wrong and my daughter had to wait an extra 15 min for her food that they messed up. Horrible experience. The food was cold and nasty when it arrived. My lemon chicken was horrible and the rice was in huge clumps. We wont be back until they can get it all together. The two girls at the front had no no idea what they were doing. They were rude as well. They lost alot of buisness with people walking out.
I want to give our server, our lady katy, 10 stars. If anyone is planning to visit, ask for her. Thank you Katy. The food was great and the drinks were on point. Definitely was a win!!

I started ordering take out to avoid the restaurant wait. Cheddar has always been generous with their portion, and the prices are pretty reasonable for a family of 4. Always fresh and delicious. The wait for take out is none to minimal and pretty organized with their numbered parking and text. Download the app, placing an order is a breeze. Highly recommend

Me and my family came in on a slow Thursday night to celebrate our son’s special day at his favorite restaurant. We were hoping to get in and out real quick but no server had come to our table. There were two servers in a section that were just hanging out and talking with their arms crossed and another server hanging out at the host stand with the host. Pitiful. Just horrible service. Will not return. Thanks for nothing.

We were regulars here, food always good, but Sunday we decided to take two frends with us that has not been there, but had heard service was bad by frends, I made the mistake by saying no it's good, then the girl came out to take order and she had trouble understanding, first with are drinks where three was tea, mine was limeade, two ordered chicken fried chicken, one tender basket, and the other something else. The one with tenders didn't get sauces, she had to ask again and then waited to long to get them. We started eating as we thought chicken fried chicken, after we got past the breading, which was a lot we seen chicken fried steak, took us a while to get her stopped, so when she did, she took back, the others were threw with there mile by the time we got ours, then to get the machine to pay our bill myself and the other person must have ate two meals, we were charged for two chicken fried steaks and two chicken fried chickens besides the other two people plates, asked for manager, then thay only took off one had to ask for manager again then finally the other was off, so we spent most are time in chedders, after church, and she didn't even understand are refills for the drinks, so we are no longer regulars, and the two we took will not be back, like I said food was good service a zero for us, if I use Chedders again I will go to another location not Burleson. Sorry for telling are guests thay had good service, thay proved me wrong
