This is probably one of the worse locations of chick fil a, that I've been to. I'm a pretty regular customer, I eat there about once or twice a week and every time that I've gone to this specific location, I've left disappointed.
The location is nice, the restaurant is clean, but the food temperature and portions have been off every single time I've gone.
I ordered 2 chick fil a sandwiches, waffle fries, and a lemonade. When I got my sandwich, the piece of chicken was so small that it barely covered half of the bun. The french fries were extremely over cooked and cold by the time that I got my food, which made the waffle fries super hard to eat. (Almost tasted like cardboard)
Overall really bad experience, to the point where I won't come back and would rather go 15 - 20 minutes further to get to the Hulen Chick fil a.
This is the closest Chick fil a to my job and it's sad that it's so bad.
Most definitely need to improve portion size and quality.

Even the employees talked s*** about management and the “manager” in the back. I think this restaurant is on its last legs. They’ll hire anybody and put them in charge of a multi-million dollar restaurant. No standards. No organizational principles.

I always come here but the guy that was taking my order was super rude. I work in customer service and I have never treated any guest like he did to me. Didn’t get his name he probably wasn’t even wearing a name tag but he was wearing glasses. He was signaling me with his finger to speak louder and had no mannerisms. “Thats it?” Instead of at least saying “will that be all for today?” SMH. I never have issues at this location but he could’ve been a little nicer. Super upset and disappointed. Do better chic fil a

Picked up a catering order from here. Arrived 10 minutes after scheduled pickup time, but they didn't have the order ready. Had to wait about 10 more minutes to get the order. Certainly didn't inspire confidence on doing that again.

The food is as good as any other location, however, the service is subpar. Much longer drive thru/dining room wait, and the inside has a subtle smell of feet.
The operator, Dat Nguyen seems to be stingy about giving out free items. Operators at other locations give out an item such as a free French fry or sandwich every month. Dat Nguyen rewards me with a measly “free delivery credit” maybe every other month, which is only good for a couple days at most.
That’s why this location gets 2 stars.

When someone orders soup the staff should ensure there’s utensils and not assume a customer is heading straight home to enjoy their food.
I attended the Fort Worth TX Rodeo Veteran's Day event at Dickies Arena (3 Feb) sponsored by Chick-fil-a. The announcer, (Matt Merritt) dressed in Chick-fil-a branded clothing, stated that if we dropped a pin, downloaded the app, and could to provide proof we were at the rodeo during the Veteran's Day event, we could go to Chick-fil-a and claim a free sandwich. My girl and I drove to multiple locations on 4 Feb and heard the same story at every counter, "Yea, other people have come into this location but we are not honoring that offer". This is NOT the way to honor veterans and this is NOT the customer experience I am accustomed to. I can go elsewhere from now on an get a chicken sandwich and support local businesses!

Went at 830pm and there was barely any cars and we still had to park on the side and wait another 10 mins. We have never had to wait at any Chick-fil-A.

This place was good until an year back. Not sure what changed but they have been cheaping out on things like sauces, napkins, tortilla strips. Few times this happen, I can understand given how busy Chick-fil-A's are. But everytime this happens, you got to question why? I know I'm ordering Chick-fil-A in the future, just not from this location.

literally one of the slowest drive thrus… sat for 20 minutes in the line and i had a mobile order. plus i have had several weird experiences with the employees, who are generally just rude or made me uncomfortable
