I have not had a problem with this store, but I wish they would have curbside and mobile thru. Not having those things really slows down the service.

First worst experience at a Chick-fil-A . Had missing items got down and had already closed there door when lady came to the door she had me waiting in the cold weather just to tell me I was wrong and had no missing items to tell me she couldn’t make fries because they were closed already. Food got cold and no receipt was given to me either got the 30 ct nuggets and got 8 tenders never again

I just would like to know why it closer at 9pm sharp?
Last straw at this chick-fil-a. Paola is the name on my receipt. There was a manager with glasses assisting her around 6pm. The young lady, not a manager, standing at the drive through menu was nice taking my order. I told her I would go to the window instead of her making the item free, so she wouldn’t get in trouble. She was attempting to resolve the situation and be helpful, but I was definitely expecting for the manager to be able to help with redeeming my reward item the correct way. This was not a reward that came from the restaurant. It was a reward I was redeeming from purchasing and earning points. This is not the first time I have had issues here from service to quality. I came directly here after working to get my reward item and a few other items. I have gotten this same item at other Chick-fil-As via reward redemption and standard purchase, and they figure it out. It’s a shame I have to drive to Argyle or Roanoke for good service and quality. The two young ladies at the pickup area didn’t give not one thought or care into how to put the item into their system. How hard is it to enter a frosted root beer into the system to make sure the “frosted beverage” reward is redeemable? Why are other locations successful at fulfilling requests that Champion Circle Chick-Fil-A can’t get right? Why was I given the price to pay for the “frosted beverage” but couldn’t redeem my earned reward? Yes, nobody at the drive through window cared. One try, we can’t, and this is the price. I just smiled and asked them to cancel it along with the other items I was purchasing. The items were prepared and ready on the tray, and I left them all. Along with this silly parking lot situation, Sandy, Sandy, what’s going on? This evening my concerns were too much for just a chick-fil-a survey complaint. My salads are still lacking, they still incorrectly prepare orders and ask you to pull up and wait (which ends up being over 10-20 minutes), many of the workers are not apart of the “my pleasure”, “our apologies”, or “thank you” Chick-fil-a crew. The quality and care of the food and orders has gone to the lowest. I have even gone inside to order, and it’s the worst. My latest on the go biscuit run for my kiddos has been Whataburger, because this Chick-fil-A has screwed us one too many times with cold dry hard biscuits and skimpy contents, including sometimes not including the paid for cheese. Over it! I guess the party taking the extra mile is the customer, literally, driving extra miles.

Had me waiting for a salad that was ready in the fridge. I saw it so no excuses. So he didn’t even put tortilla chips nor the pepitas. WOW
Parking area is a joke. Messed up our order. Food was cold and sent back. Food again was cold. Very unusual for Chick-fil-A . Manager later apologized which was appreciated
