Service is great BUT YOU'RE NOT GETTING WHAT YOU PAID FOR HERE. This location has recently changed their breakfast biscuits and you only receive half of the egg part. I confirmed this by getting breakfast at several other locations. Won't be coming here again.

This has been the best Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. It's festive around Christmas time. They've taken my trash, brought me my drinks and just had the most friendly service ever. Mac, the cashier needs to be a manager. Very well ran location.

Always went to Chick fila for grandkids, they love it..it's a financial sacrifice to do so but hey life is short... Going not once but twice now to the location by Tanger Mall in Roanoke Texas and specifically asking and making sure they understand and repeat back to me my order and twice I drive off just scamming the bag and BOOM... Wrong. Grandson will not eat anything but chicken sandwich with meat and bread only.. it's costly.. but I do it. But to twice have same location put the pickles and sauce on it and have to throw away it's wrong chick fila. I expect to get what I buy. A meal is 13.00 with taxes. And to have to be hungry and a small child not understand why he can't eat what I bought him and then throw away and only eat fries is wrong. I shouldn't have to take time to write reviews and waste time and money to not get what I pay for. U owe me 2 sandwiches chick fila for my grandson and an apology for a small child cry and not be able to eat what he was expecting to eat and settle for fries and apple juice. U will lose the customer base when you chick fila keeps not making sure the orders are right. No I wasn't going to drive back and wait in line to get another one..just too tired.

Food came out super quick, restaurant was clean, but most importantly, the staff was fantastic. Chick-fil-A is known for having a great staff but this particular employee blew me away. Anton was AMAZING. He a true humble servant. He kept himself busy when no one was watching and was so attentive to all the guests. He was so quick to clean and noticed the small things. I’ve seen him multiple times that I’ve come to this location and he always greets us with a smile and helping hand. He is so polite and respectful. I hope upper management reads this because he TRULY deserves his own franchise location. He understands the heart of CFA and will keep the integrity of the business going. Thank you Anton for making CFA one of many the reasons we keep coming back!!!

I was in a situation where I left my wallet at home and I was working close to this location and I was really hungry so I got enough courage to ask the manager Britney Jones if there was anyway she could help me out I offered to come back tomorrow and pay double but she said no dont worry about it and she is an angel and helped me out and I got to get a number one on the house the world needs more people like her and I really appreciate you so much Britney it was so embarrassing but to whoever cares about these reviews go check out the store it is clean and nice and to her boss give her a raise bc now I’m a chick-fil-a lover forever now yall hire great people

My daughter & friend were being bullied by a boy on the playground. He called them fat and made racial slurs about them. When we reported it to staff they said there is nothing they can do. I do not recommend this location. They clearly do not care about how you feel or about racism!!!!

Listen I am not a regular of this chain but I needed lunch. I didn't want to be bias (I don't eat here or any chick-fil-A). With that said I give them a fair rating since it was busy and ran very smooth. Love the refills of lemonade. So if u like chick-fil-A this spot is good for you.

Customer service was ok, not the best as I'm accustomed to. Went through the drive through, there was a car in front of me. There was another employee just talking to another employee instead of assisting me with my order. I know other Chick-fil-A restaurants workers will service the next car waiting. They didn't provide and napkins for my order.
