We decided to go to Chick Fil A for dinner. The drive through was full as it usually is so we decided to stay and eat at the restaurant. There weren’t too many cars in the parking spots. The restaurant was busy but mostly little kids wanting to trade their toys for ice cream. We walked right up to the counter and ordered. It was disappointing to not be able to find a clean table or an open one. When I asked an employee if someone was sitting at a particular table that had trash on it. He said he thought so and suggested we eat outside. Apparently 30% of the lobby seats are still taken up by the to go order section that was created during Covid. So we went outside to eat only to find that all of the tables and chairs were wet due to the recent rains and there were bird feces on most of the tables. If you’re going to eliminate part of your lobby and force customers to eat outside, at least have the courtesy to clean them. I doubt we will go back to this restaurant for fear of a repeat.

One of the managers went above and beyond to be kind to my friends daughter by bringing her a free ice cream cone, but when told she couldn't do the sugar. He brought her a few kids' books, which she loved. Great service.

This location is starting to go downhill. Cold food and half filled fry containers. I’m sad this is happening. I usually eat here 3-5 times per week but have noticed the quality slowing starting to crumble.

Wrong order after waiting a long time in the drive thru. I went inside for a corrected order and the manger was annoyed by their mistake. No sorry or anything . I then had to wait 15 minutes for my order and it was still wrong. Again no sorry . This manager needs to go!
Been bringing my kid to this location more recently for an afterschool treat. CFA always has the good tasting food and service and their entire staff is friendly and helpful. Specifically this time i noticed their team member Anton going table to table just to offer extra service like ketchup, napkins, refills etc. Guy was a total professional and went above and beyond to make not just us, but the whole restaraunt satisfied after they got their food. He was always there when i needed something, it was better service than regular sit down restaraunts in the area.

We had such an amazing experience today! Food was done before we even sat down at our table and the people walking around were so welcoming and accommodating to help with anything we may have needed. A special shout out to Will who made our girls feel so special today! He was so sweet and put up with them wanting to help him around the restaurant!
