I just ordered a simple salad and they literally made it wrong twice . After waiting for them to correct the first error for over 10 min the second order was also wrong smh

Every time I make a doordash order from here, someone always steals the order before my doordasher can even get there. This is the third time this has happened & is super frustrating. How do they let people just grab the orders?????!

This location has been seriously lacking lately. A few weeks ago I ordered delivery and after TWO hours of not receiving my food, I had to cancel. Today I did a mobile order pick up and I only did they not read the ticket for what sauces to include, my fries were half full and I got the wrong beverage. So once I got my location, I had dry food, a drink I don’t drink at all, and half full fries. Super disappointing. Won’t be visiting for a while.

My medium mac n cheese wasn't even filled half way. Could've saved a couple dollars and got a small since the medium container is the same amount.

We stopped to get my granddaughter some lunch on her way back to school. The drive thru lines were too long, as usual, so she went inside to order & pick up. It still took longer than expected.

If you order on the app, just go to the inside. Every time I go to the drive thru I have to pull to the side and wait for cars that ordered over the speaker leave before me which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

Edit: 01/17/25 - This place has really gone downhill from a year ago. 3 visits, 2 mistakes, 18 min wait. This last visit I was treated like trash because they thought I was a delivery person. (Which is a whole other issue..) I guess they had me confused for an octopus because they left me to carry 6 single items. No large bag, no drink carrier. Just me trying to circus clown juggle my food back to my car.

Had an issue with my delivery order. I paid for a large fry and large drink and they sent medium. I called and spoke with a manager and they said they could either send someone else out or could put them back on my app as rewards. I opted for the rewards for a large fry and large Sunjoy. Neither were put back on my account. Essentially they scammed me and told me they would do something and they never did. I also previously had an issue with an order and called and left a voicemail and my call was never returned. Super frustrating as chick fil a is already expensive.

All of my friends went on a field trip and decided to stop at chick fa la, the chicken must of not been cooked because they all got food poisoning. Some people crapped themselves it was like someone put laxatives in the food.Even though I didn’t go, it affected me because the locker room smell was atrocious and there was feices on the ground and toilet seat. Not only did it cause harm to the students, it caused harm to the janitors. I love chick fa la but I don’t want anyone else to get harmed.Please throw out that food and get new FRESH food

you might want to tell your delivery drivers to be careful what they say when they’re dropping off food because most people have cameras. several times have gotten fries they were less than fresh almost chewy or hard
