This is the slowest chick fil a I’ve ever been to. It’s slower than Whataburger. I’ve been here multiple times and always wait 20-30 minutes which is a bummer with a toddler in the back. Last time I was here, the person at the front of the line hadn’t gotten their food while 3 cars back did and they didn’t even realize the car at the front of the line hadn’t moved for over 10 minutes nor did they ask that car to pull forward and wait. I was finished with my food by the time I was able to exit the line.
It’s chick fil a so the food is always fantastic and I will say the employees are always very kind. Just wish it was faster to get my food and go. I even use the mobile app to make things faster

Went through drive thru for a quick lunch and had the pleasure of Ahnna taking my order. She greeted me with a smile and great attitude, definitely the best customer service I’ve had. There was a bit of a wait for my food but when I got it, it was hot, fresh, and delicious! Keep up the great work guys

New Chick-fil-A location is Haslet is a very nice facility right off Highway 287.
We came to this location after my son’s middle school basketball win for a quick dinner.
There were a lot of young employees BUT our order came out within wait time tolerance.
My young daughter wanted an ice cream and the manager gave her one on the house.
I saw this location has 2.5 star reviews over all and the main issues were wait time so it seems like they have gotten better and the young staff has got through their learning curve.

Wait time here is ridiculous both drive thru and mobile order line. Never been to a chick fil a this bad
I had an apt across the street and 35 minutes to kill so I figured I’d hop in the drive thru and get breakfast since Chick-fil-A is usually so fast. This location is a disgrace to the Chick-fil-A name. I got in line (two cars behind the speaker) at 9:25. It’s now 10 am on the dot. I’m still not even close to the window. The line isn’t moving. I’m now going to be very late to my apt. At this rate it will take well over 45 minutes in the DRIVE-THRU to get breakfast. Absolutely ridiculous. And should be added the lady on the speaker was RUDE. I was being overly nice because I know there’s gotta be real rude people with how backed up it was, and she was still ridiculously rude to me. Not ever going back here.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. It’s so slow. Every time we order through the mobile thru, we sit waiting for our food for at least 20-30 minutes. Twice, we’ve been sitting there for 20 minutes after checking in on the app and they come to our window to tell us they forgot about us. One time all I ordered was an ice cream and after waiting for it for 20 minutes, they come out to say they are out of ice cream. This Chick-fil-A needs to get it together.
