Went through drive thru for a quick lunch and had the pleasure of Ahnna taking my order. She greeted me with a smile and great attitude, definitely the best customer service I’ve had. There was a bit of a wait for my food but when I got it, it was hot, fresh, and delicious! Keep up the great work guys
New Chick-fil-A location is Haslet is a very nice facility right off Highway 287.
We came to this location after my son’s middle school basketball win for a quick dinner.
There were a lot of young employees BUT our order came out within wait time tolerance.
My young daughter wanted an ice cream and the manager gave her one on the house.
I saw this location has 2.5 star reviews over all and the main issues...

Surprised to see the reviews but man today Addie was super friendly and fast! I was literally blown away by the customer service here today. She said they recently opened so maybe that’s why some reviews are low, but I’ll definitely be back.
