This is unfortunate because this is my favorite Chick-fil-A. But this is not okay. I ordered online and set it to have 5 pickles inside both my sandwiches. And they threw like 25 pickles in each. Made it nasty, and super soggy to the point where the bread is falling apart and even the breading on the chicken is super soggy. This is not okay

I went this location for breakfast yesterday morning. After my doctor appointment and I used my free chicken biscuit reward. Also , purchased some hash browns. I headed to work and opened my bag in my car. The hash browns were fried too hard and tasty extra crunchy. Chicken on my biscuit was small and seemed premade and not fresh. I don't know if the location is short staffed. But this experience was dud. 😖

This Chick-fil-A charges full drink price for a cup of water—even for paying customers. I looked it up to see if it was a policy change, but it appears to be specific to this location, which also consistently has the longest wait times of any I visit. On top of that, my food wasn’t very hot. Between that and the water cup policy, I’ll be going to the other location from now on.

BEWARE!!!! This Chick fil-a is mediocre at best!! I ordered from the drive thru like I always do. Of course it's hit or miss on the wait time. They gave me my orders and drinks, however I always like to check my order as im on a time constraint and dont want to have to go back or take a loss. Since this is not the 1st time they have dropped the ball with my order. First of all how Christian like is it to charge people for water w/ice. When every chick fil a in town doesn't. 2nd of all who are you to tell me that due to the fact that I spilled my drink in my vehicle when I had to maneuver thru this horrible drive thru mess and with my hands full my drink spilled and went all over the floor board. Once I got a chance to come in for a refill I was told by SalIna the shift mgr thay it was a cross contamination hazard to bring in a cup for a refill. How so? No explanation, just bs made up crap on the fly. No signs, no forewarnings or anything. Just plain rude customer service! Where are these people's humanity. Apparently, the joke is on her as she is the one with the meme spelling of her name instead of Selena who she was probably named after, and got it wrong. Keep getting it wrong because this place can kick rocks!! As I will no longer be taking my business to this location! Hope the owner reads this and understands we have choices and this ain't it!!!! All the best on charging for ice and cups and whatever else you come up with.

Waited 15 minutes for my order on curbside. I checked in and waited and after 10min cars after me that arrived got all their orders first I waited 5 more minutes and still no one showed up. I go inside and ask and my order is just sitting there.

I purchase a gallon of tea every week for jobsite lunch. Used to get 4 cups of ice with lemons free. Now 2.50 for a cup of ice. Next visit bought tea and a bag of ice. Now want to charge a 1$ for extra cups… other locations no problems at all! I also order on the app but when I get to window I’m the one they ask to park in spot 1!!!! Ugh
