I had the chicken tortilla soup cup for $5.90 well let me tell you there was 0 chicken in it and had about 10 pieces of corn and the rest was a thick soup of beans and whatever else was in it, it definitely was not what the actual name of the food is it was not a soup and no chicken in it do not order this! I’m sure whoever served this knew it was all beans thick mushy soup with no chicken and still served it without care!Also there is hardly no parking available and it was cold inside the heater is not working or something, THIS IS THE WORSE CHOCK FIL A I been to in Fort Worth.I didn’t complain because the workers are predominantly WT and could not spell my name correctly or pronounce it also the lady taking my order seemed like she was doing me a favor by taking my order and seemed annoyed I was there.

3rd time this happen in short time so I have to say something. My meal was unsatisfactory. The wrap didn't come with salsa, cookie is a brick & and the sprite was yucky ?.I'm use to good service from this place so I'm always super surprised when it's wrong.

What can you say about Chick-fil-A it's Chick-fil-A. But seriously because of whatever the country is going through is there a food quality has dropped a little and the quantity of food. Take for instance the half brownie instead of the full brownie for the same price. All in all still worth eating if you can stomach the price.

I was use the app to order my food ahead of time and it use be fast & reliable service. That seemed to change orders wrong, missing items and long wait time while there’s 8people on break. Online order that should be waiting or you is behind customers walking in and ordering. Yeah it will be a min before I trust

This place can have a line wrapped around the building and I'm still not scared to hop in the line whereas at other places I'd be running the other direction. The employees have that place running like a well oiled machine, and they're all so very kind and on point while working their butts off, so it's always great, at this location especially. Hannah needs to be retrained. When a customer is picking up a Pre Made Gallon of Tea and all Hannah has to is say "Just a moment Sir let me grab that for you." Instead I get "It will be another few minutes It's only been on the screen for 3 minutes." Hannah was to concerned about putting Styrofoam cups away instead of taking the less than a minute to turn around open the door to the cooler reach in grab the Pre made Gallon of Tea and hand it to the customer. Hannah needs retraining. Terrible customer service
