I came through the drive through placed my order in a very specific way. I notified the cashier taking the order that I can't have gluten and that is why I was being so specific with my order. They clarified that they understood and read to order back to me. It was correct, but after that everything was wrong. I pulled up to the window and what was read to me there was an egg and cheese biscuit, at which point I said no no no, repeated what the order should have been, and clarified that it was never put in as a biscuit. She confirmed she just read the order wrong and I was okay with that, happens to us all. Then my food was handed to me, because I felt uneasy after the biscuit incident I checked my bag, and I am so glad I did. The order was made incorrectly. To most people having shredded cheese rather than sliced wouldn't be a big deal, but as anti-caking ingredients in this cheese affects my health it is a big deal for me. I handed it back to the cashier And explained what was wrong with the order and that I needed it remade. Her solution however was to have the kitchen just place sliced cheese over top of the order that I already explained I could not eat. She then handed it back to me and asked if that was okay. At this point I'm struggling to keep my patients. I'm frustrated because I have communicated very clearly with their team and they just don't seem to care to listen to what I'm saying or to read the order and make what was actually ordered. She finally tells the kitchen that they need to remake it at which point. Another staff member says that it's going to be 5 minutes but says it in such a tone. That makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience to her because her staff messed up. They asked me to pull forward so I did and it took almost 20 minutes for them to come out with my item. In that time a manager had to step out and ask me to clarify what it was I ordered which I don't understand why clarification was needed when the order is right there on the receipt that I was never handed. I clarified with her what it was that I ordered and what I needed made which she then brought back out to me a few minutes later. All in all, this was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Chick-fil-A. Staff making a customer feel like an inconvenience because the staff messed up and the kitchen team not even reading the order to begin with creating this whole scenario.

Chick-fil-A was once synonymous with exceptional customer service, setting itself apart from other fast-food chains. However, it’s becoming increasingly clear that the company now prioritizes inexperienced managers over maintaining its high service standards.

Basic Customer Service 101: If an item in a prepaid order is unavailable, inform the customer and offer alternatives. That didn’t happen tonight under Manager Keith and the Mgr whose name I failed to get that transferred me over to Keith.

The night before, I had 20 oz bowl of tortilla soup from Lupe’s off N. Freeway and expected something of similar quality. Instead, I received a 8 oz., $8.35 bowl of white navy beans, black beans, and corn—without a single piece of chicken in sight.

To make matters worse, despite requesting four packs of tortilla strips, I was given four packs of saltine crackers. I still don’t know if that they were out of tortilla strips or if they mistakenly added to my bag.

When I called to express my frustration, I had to explain the situation to two separate managers Keith being the last of the two. His solutions — drive back out in the rain to have the order remade or return another day with the soup for a refund—both of which placed the burden on me rather than making things right.

Frustrated, I simply threw the bean soup away and made a mental note never to return to that location.

Chick-fil-A, once a shining example of great service, has now sunk to the level of its competitors. Customer satisfaction no longer seems to be a priority, and that’s a shame for a brand built on a reputation of care and hospitality.

Usually chick fil as are great but this location is so bad! We weren’t greeted when we come in, the store was so dirty & they forgot parts of my order. This never happens at any of the ones I’ve been too. All the employees were super loud & very unprofessional. Avoid this location and go to the nearest other.

Under 20 degrees outside and management has almost every employee outside taking orders, and delivering food to each vehicle… I get it when temps are better but when temps are below freezing?? && while giving my order to the young girl, the manager steps outside and tells her KEEP LINE MOVING- KEEP IT MOVING! (Clearly irritated at the space between my car and next)…. Mind you, shes mid taking my order and interrupting what I’m saying to her…. Can whomever is managing this chic fil a show more respect to your employees.

Quit shouting and yelling at your employees while they’re mid taking food orders from customers! It’s rude, unprofessional and unacceptable.

I know you’re trying to cram every single vehicle to get things running quickly- but there are respectful ways in doing so.

Prepare to wait the longest you have ever waited for fast food. 30+ minutes are being wasted as I type this message. Hungry and frustrated we ordered our food at 8:42PM and did not receive it until 9:18PM. Most ridiculous thing to watch take out orders bigger than yours get taken care of in a brisk manner while you wait patiently. Worst chick fil a I have ever been too.

I’ve never been to this specific Chick-fil-A location before, but compared to other Chick-fil-As in the DFW area, it was horrible. I don’t like to complain about establishments, especially as someone who works in a customer service oriented job, but my experience here was odd. The fries were fine, but the chicken tasted oddly as if someone was smoking near it/someone who had smoked prepared it. I eat Chick-fil-A ALOT, so that’s the only reason I noticed it tasting so strangely. The bag smelled like smoke, the chicken itself tasted like STRAIGHT UP CIGARETTES.
