And now no curbside. Never again.

90% of the time my order is wrong. I always ask for grilled nuggets and 90 percent of the time when I get home they are the original. I leave this location alone for a while and then I come back to the same ole thing. I don’t know why it’s so difficult to give me the grilled nuggets I order. This location is closest to my home and when my order is correct I really enjoy Chik Fil A. I really wish somehow they could get this right.

People were great the food how ever seem sub par from the standard, especially for the price. Ordered sandwich’s and nuggets, the buns were stale and the sandwich meat ways quiet thin compared to normal. May just do a copycat recipe at that price and quality.

I was very dissatisfied with the service at this location yesterday! I ordered the 30pcs chicken nuggets, medium drink and large macaroni for myself and my kids and in the drive through they were so busy engaging in their own conversation they didn’t bother with customer service . I didn’t revive anything in the bag except the food I ordered and the chicken was warm and dry not fresh! No napkins, sauces, plasticware, not even a straw In the bag. HOWEVER, Narissa was very sweet and patient as she took my order
Quite literally the slowest Chickfila in the world. No matter what tune you get here, no matter how many people are in line—you will be waiting for at least 15 minutes.

I had dinner there at 830pm tonight the girl running the register at the counter that took my order she was amazing but the little lady that brought my food to me not so well the chicken sandwich was not hot the fries not hot she did not offer any dipping sauce for chicken strips I pretty shore it was a race thing because the lady that gave the people sitting behind me she brought there food and offered them dipping sauce so I will never be back to this one ever my husband and I felt like we did not belong there and he is a veteran so I hope this place falls into the ground and I going to spread the word how bad this place treats the veterans best believe that and how its a total race thing I total get it but we are two different race and we both feel the same way never coming back here if its the last place to go never ever again the service is by far the worse experience we have ever had at a chick-fil-a not no Christian place at this one if u ask me its a very very bad place never again will I eat at this one I will drive across the metroplex before I stop at this one

When I order an almost $10 salad, I expect it to be fresh or at least look fresh. I was short on time before work, so I stopped by this location to grab a Market Salad for my lunch later in my shift. When I opened it, I noticed a lot of brown pieces of lettuce. I’ve never had this issue at any other Chick-fil-A locations. Unfortunately, this was my first time visiting this one, and it’ll be my last.
