Those breakfast so-called biscuits are disgusting, they crumble when you open the package, the chicken was under cooked and sticking to the crumble biscuit. I will never buy anything from CFL, ever again, and I will let my church, my neighbors and friends to never again patronize CFL. Do not eat the chicken, it is under cooked and may contain salmonella.

Chick fil a food is usually great and the atmosphere is normally not an issue and they are known for great customer service. I’ve never had this issue before today. I was given the wrong breakfast sandwich from on chick fil an and didn’t realize it till getting to this area. There’s no way I’d make it back to the original store. So I stopped in and asked if there was anything they could do. I was told no that it has to be the store where the issue is from. I get it. This is not your issue but being that you’re known for amazing customer service this fell short. One sandwich to the store means nothing especially since I had the wrong sandwich and my receipt. But to me it would have meant I didn’t have to miss out on breakfast and left with a positive experience. The employee wasn’t rude just not interested in helping.

Would like to thank your staff, Sofia has always been so helpful and friendly always a smile and knows my name every visit for as long as you have been open. Been coming since grandkids were tiny years ago. Mercedes is also so helpful and friendly remembers that my husband likes half and half gallon of tea, always a smile too. Also Sylvia is always a friendly smiling help. Your restaurant is much better than the new Haslet one , they hopefully will get better, we drive from Rhome to yours for the friendly fast service with a smile .
