How do I get my money back. Since I didn’t get all of my order? Missing items. As a paying customer that goes through drive thru, responsible for checking to see if your establishment completes full order? Or does it fall on the staff? As a restaurant manager myself, my staff as well as myself are responsible for the food quality and customer satisfaction. That being said, your staff is responsible for completing the order we pay for. If I have to check my order that means I don’t trust that the staff has completed their job. As a manager I would hate to have a customer not trust us with their meals. Check double check the orders you are serving.
Do not eat at this place, the chicken is dry as hell and the employees attitude sucks.

Terrible beyond terrible! Worst service I’ve seen in a long long time. 40+ min when I was the only car originally there during lunch for chicken!!! Chicken which is in the name isn’t ready was told 15 min okay fine… 40 minutes pass to where I had to get back to the window to get food. Receive food with two meals missing. Lack of care and eye rolls where all that was given. This GM needs to take a look at this store!

This is my favorite location. Food is always fresh and delicious. The manager Madi always has the best customer service and is so sweet. Def recommend

Ordered a 3 piece combo with corn on the cobb and an apple pie. It was about 5:30pm and everything was fresh and tasted good. Madison the manager on duty her and her staff were very friendly and professional.

Got out of my comfort zone to try a new chicken spot and I regret it. This place is a waste of calories! I ordered the chicken tenders combo with fries and mac n cheese. The fries were lukewarm, the mac and cheese was mush, and the so-called gravy served on the side desperately needed salt. Won't be back! It was gross.

We ordered a 25 piece family meal. It came with 2 family sides. Not full servings, and they smashed our rolls in a small box. By the time we got home with it, they were gross. So compared to other chicken E’s we’ve ordered from this was a huge disappointment! So needless to say it wasn’t enough for everyone. And we won’t be back.
