I do enjoy their fried chicken liver with sausage gravy, but this location is kinda stingy with the livers. Seems like they chose the smallest pieces. I think I'll be going to another location where I know them to be more generous with the servings. Still pretty yummy, but kinda charging a $1 per piece when it's a small bite size piece, well, it's not really that worth it. The guy at the drive thru was friendly though, which is why l'm giving it a 3.

Ordered extra rolls $7 bucks worth. Didn't get those or the ones that come with the meals. Tried calling, they don't answer. No way to get ahold of them to either get a refund or my name on a list to come pickup at a later date.

We love this location for Chicken Express ... even drive from South Arlington to Fort Worth to get our Yellow Box lunch on Saturday!! The staff is always polite and friendly. Food is delicious and plentiful and order is always correct. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

I asked for fresh cooked chicken and was told it just came up but when I received it it wasn't what I asked for and it was cold I had to go back in and ask for it again. This took an additional 20 minutes after 20 minutes had already passed.
Went here twice and on both occasions I didn't receive all the items with my order. I came back to the store with my receipts to let them know and was treated very poorly. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Needless to say I was accused of being one of the many people who come in the store with a receipt looking for free food. What a joke! If you mess up someone's order just make it right.

I've been to many Chicken Express and I always order a family size, fried pickles... some times that is all I order, besides sweet tea, of course. This one... the family size... they use the right size box but used half of the box to put the sides. Out of all the ones I've been to, from this all the way to Iowa... I have never seen one that was greedy with their pickles! This was a single size order in a family size box! Never stopping at this one again!
