Atmosphere, yea-NO STARS! After dark the location is CREEPY, parking lot is sketchy with alot of pedestrian traffic that is not there for the food! Twelve minutes to cook fish? Yea, don't bother, its over cooked and over-priced for the quality. Service, again NO STARS, I ordered 2- #4's, got my order and had a #2 and a #4, FAIL! Do yourself a solid, go to Popeye's around the corner.

My experience was actually good. I thought the taste and customer service was nothing like the pattern I have experienced at Chuch's chicken. When it comes to the comparison I believe chicken express is in much better shape. After my last 2 visits, I was very happy with my customer service and got the fastest service

I bought a gallon of sweet tea and they gave me the most unsweetened tea (water) I have tasted. It's marked sweet but there is nothing sweet about it
Terrible horrible rude staff drinks sucked and my order was wrong spent 32 dollars on 2 meal just to have nasty drinks and missing fries I will never be back to this establishment. Disappointed because usually chicken express pretty good but this one sucks. Oh yeah and I forgot to mention on top of all that they are terribly slow.

This chicken express sucks, every time we’ve been there we either have to wait for over 25 minutes in the drive thru or something wrong with the order. This is the last time we will be going to this one, this evening me and my boyfriend ordered 2 meals and of course we had to wait awhile per usual but this time they gave us our drinks (sweet tea, Diet Coke) both horrible. We asked to exchange them and they did (staff is rude tho) when we got our boxes my boyfriend looked and he had asked for half spicy half regular which they hadn’t given him the correct amount, the lady came back to the window and he told her it was messed up and she just stared at him. He said just forget he’ll keep it. It wasn’t until we got home that we realized they had also left out the fries on his order, he drove back up there just for them to tell him they need the entire box to remake his order like come on. Literally never going back here.

Hands down best Chicken Express I’ve been to in a minute, the lady in the front was very sweet they were very busy when I came in and they did their best to get to me. Not only that but the food is FRESH, fries were hot n crispy and my chicken is just as good (roll over here GLISTENING like buttered buns 🤩) I think it all depends what time you come through. Overall tho great fast food choice!
