Horrible, seems as though they dropped chicken on the lawn and then fried it. Pieces of stalks and grass in the breading. Super weird and gross. Undercooked chicken, runny instant potatoes and thick gloppy gravy. I'll NEVER go back to Chicken Express on eastchase.

This place likes to allow their employees to steal money from customers and the managers allow their employees to steal money from their customers as well. I was overcharged for a cup of ice and when I told the “manager” on duty she began to become very hostile, screaming and yelling at me and very unprofessional. She made statements saying I’m sick of her and she is getting on my nerves. She even slammed the window in my face. I spoke to the owner and he didn’t seem empathetic to this situation at all. Excellence of customer service is like no where near these peoples minds. Please if you want them to take your money and for them to treat you this way then come here! Other wise dodge them if you can!

This place has now hiring on the front of the building but when I call they say not hiring and have not reviewed any applications false advertisement lame place.

I never write reviews, but I contemplate going to cause a scene or place this review. I work down the street, and have gone here multiple times as well as my co-workers. As I went to get my roll to take a bite, after I had already eaten most of my fries and food.. it had already been bitten. At this point I felt disgusted, and beyond livid at the fact that someone would do that it’s beyond disgusting!!!! The bitten part was faced down on the side of the gravy container, so it was placed there so that I didn’t see it until I reached for it. Then I went to look at all the rest of my food, because at this point I questioned all my food and started feeling sick at the thought of them doing something to my food. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! They ruined my experience moving forward with any chicken express I’m disgusted!

Only put 4 stars for the food bc it's a hit or miss sometimes. Like we don't go often but when we do, it's not always like, 100% each time. Say for instance the mashed potatoes are like too watery and it kinda brings down the whole meal itself or the sweet tea is too bland or the sodas are flat and not good enough to actually drink. But like those chances are I wanna say 1 out of every 5th visit if that makes sense. The employees are always amazing; they do their best to keep up with orders and are always working hard. Otherwise, this place is always where I'll go for good chicken in the area.
Chicken tenders were a nice size, fresh, and fries were fresh. Personal opinion but it's better than Popeyes.
