There is a gentleman working the drive thru this evening 11.14.24 & he is the nicest, most respectful young man!! There aren’t many teenage boys who have manners these days. Everytime I come to this location he has always been so kind. Kudos to him! 🙂

Walked in to get my pick up order that said it would be ready at 7:20-7:30. I got here at 7:30. I hear the girl trying to talk to the cook in Spanish about how many pieces of chicken she needed and after a minute of trying to communicate with him another guy tried to help and tell her she needs more than she is telling him and she says to him "I'm not making that girls right now" and tells the cook the lesser amount she needs. Then tells another guy "tell that girl it's going to be 15-20 minutes". Absolute trash customer service. They are all just hanging out in back talking and on their phones. The prices are already asinine and I honestly didn't really want to eat here but here we are. I will not be back.

VERY BAD DONT COME HERE, the kids do not get the order right and will NOT refund you and will try to say that you said your order wrong. I have never been somewhere this insane before. I sat here and watched them play instead of cooking and doing their job. And they were clearly smoking weed because they all had red eyes and did not know what they were saying Which also makes me feel endangered… DO NOT COME HERE GO TO ANOTHER ONE

I went through the drive thru & they had me pull forward for fresh fish. I forgot to order a few things & the young lady working drive through accommodated me after putting in a second order without having to pull around. Fast food is a rough job but she handled a busy drive thru & my order with high professionalism & kindness. Shout out to Taylor! You rock girl!
