I visited this location the other day and was shocked how much their prices are. I ordered the 7 piece spicy tender meal and was charged $18.99!! Add a drink and 1 extra roll and tye total was like almost $22. That's ridiculous, $2.57 for each chicken tender!! Nearly 3 bucks for a single piece of chicken. I can't justify paying that much for fried chicken. Winco has great deals on their fried chicken in thei deli for far less. A meal like this should be like $10.99 total

Supposed to be an 8 piece wing combo, but I guess they don't get paid to count. If they were going to give me these unidentifiable pieces of chicken the least they could do was throw a few more in the box and not short me. Won't be long before people are raising thier own chickens. Oh and 8 mins is too long for a single filet of catfish. Fish shouldn't be tough and rubbery.
I stopped by to test this location before placing a catering order for my crew — and I’m glad I did, because this experience showed me exactly why I always test first. I had to repeat my order seven times, and they still managed to get it wrong twice. After waiting an extended time in the drive-thru, I was given the wrong combos and cold food. I work just two minutes away, so there’s no reason the food should’ve been that cold except poor service.
Between the rising cost of gas and food, no one should have to deal with that level of frustration. Because of this, you’ve lost a catering order for a 40+ person construction team. I won’t be back, and I’ll be letting my crew know to avoid this location too.

First time coming to Chicken Express Houston doesn't have one at least where I use to live. Chicken tenders are perfect you can taste 😋 the flavor seasoning. Not tough Chicken comes apart. Mashed potatoes 🥔 were also delicious and their rolls omg 😲!!!! They also have Mac and cheese 🧀 and oakcra.
Absolutely 💯 percent live the fried pickles. Seasoned appropriately and they are not salty at all.

One thing about me is I am lazy I will not sit somewhere and write a review. But I have never been more disappointed in my life, my fried pickles were missing the gravy was cold and they gave me bottom of the bag chicken ALSO cold btw. I understand they don’t get paid enough, as a server neither do I but I spent my hard earned money on this food and it’s foul. Do better
