I've only had chicken from here that was not fresh one time. I normally have good experiences with Chicken Express. I definitely like their chicken better than Popeyes.

A single 1.5 oz ranch was $0.54. That may not seem like much but it’s a ridiculous price for the amount of ranch. I would have accept it if it was 3-4 oz, but not 1.5. Not to mention the fact that they charged me because they didn’t put it with my food and when I asked for the ranch they said I’ll have to charge you! IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN WITH MY FOOD IN THE FIRST PLACE!

Got lunch today spent around $30 for two people and the food was barely warm. My coleslaw was rotten,It was expired or something. It tasted very sour and absolutely disgusting. I had to spit it out and throw it away. I would not recommend going to this location at all. There is always countless problems. They are always forgetting an item or just low quality food

Today 10/23/2024 I had the opportunity to go to this place for the first time with my husband and the cashier who helped me was really kind and helped me perfectly find what I was looking for. My husband and I ordered two two-piece combos and a separate soda and it really was more than we expected. We felt very satisfied and happy. Good price for a good offer.
Batter on the chicken was so thick, you couldn’t break through it to get to the meat. Batter also had no flavor. Sweet tea was the only good thing about the meal
my time my energy is very valuable when I live 5 miles away which I don’t have gas to be driving back-and-forth. And I spoke to the manager and Manager said just drive all the way back up here and we will give you your food that you ordered. I said well can you throw me an extra okra for having to go out to pick up my food, he said no ma’am we can’t give you anything Well they just lost a customer. Check your order before you even drive off. because if they mess up your food, they’re not giving you anything for free. They just lost a customer. Those

It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get your food in the drive thru with no one else in line. While I could see 4 employees meandering around inside. Couldn't understand young man at the window sounded like he had marbles in his mouth. Owner you need to prep your people better . I normally don't leave ugly reviews but if it were my bussiness I'd want to know

This was the second and last time I will go here. I got a 20 piece chicken tender family meal. Over half of the tenders were 1 1/2 inches or less in length. And it was just lukewarm and overcooked or perhaps had been setting there a long time. I was there yesterday at 5:30 pm which was st the height of dinner time.

Purchased food, drove across town to discover that my fries was burnt, the chicken breast was not done and my sweet tea was nowhere near sweet. Called ro inform them and was told if I keep the food and bring it back to them they can replace my food. So you expect me to hold on to some uncooked food to drive back across town to make it right. NO THANK YOU!

The worst location ever. The service is always SLOW. At 6 o’clock on a Saturday, I ordered a 12 piece and they had me wait 5 minutes to check if they had enough chicken. Then it took another 35 minutes in the drive thru to get it. The employees are poorly trained. Find another location to patronize.
