I for real think I’m done with you guys completely… been eating Chik E for over 20 years but this crap you’re serving now isn’t what I grew up eating.. it’s legit sad that it’s come to this and it’s not just this location the burleson location is the same thing which leads me to believe the company has cut corners for cheaper quality food that’s just terrible… either that or you guys are failing to train the new generation of employees.. the crap I got today was absolutely inedible.. gross salty fatty chicken that tastes like it was made with sour grease and okra that tasted like they literally fried it 2-3 times you couldn’t even chew it… I threw my entire plate in the trash and I’m going to go next door and I guess get a burger because I’m starving and couldn’t eat the crap you just gave me. Very sad that’s all I can say

A single 1.5 oz ranch was $0.54. That may not seem like much but it’s a ridiculous price for the amount of ranch. I would have accept it if it was 3-4 oz, but not 1.5. Not to mention the fact that they charged me because they didn’t put it with my food and when I asked for the ranch they said I’ll have to charge you! IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN WITH MY FOOD IN THE FIRST PLACE!
Stayed in line with only two other cars and waited in for 20 minutes. They didn’t apologize or even give an apple pie for the wait. After the long wait, the food was old and cold.

Got lunch today spent around $30 for two people and the food was barely warm. My coleslaw was rotten,It was expired or something. It tasted very sour and absolutely disgusting. I had to spit it out and throw it away. I would not recommend going to this location at all. There is always countless problems. They are always forgetting an item or just low quality food

Today 10/23/2024 I had the opportunity to go to this place for the first time with my husband and the cashier who helped me was really kind and helped me perfectly find what I was looking for. My husband and I ordered two two-piece combos and a separate soda and it really was more than we expected. We felt very satisfied and happy. Good price for a good offer.
