Just finished my meal here it was so good I had to leave a review! I heard it was an all new staff! They are really doing something right to get this quality food an hour before close!!I had to take away one star because they forgot my fries and I had to go back... but when I can back the fires they gave me were soo fresh and perfectly salted...so they really cooking in that kitchen!

The food is always excellent, but the deals are not consistent across all the restaurants, and I'm assuming because they are privately owned. It has not been unheard for me to go to a drive-thru at a Chicken Express, and upon learning, their prices are higher than another location to leave the line. I like Church's Chicken and Lisa's chicken for 1 reason. They take the guesswork out of the price on the chicken. Both have posters, or signs that clearly show you the price, even from a distance. This is NEVER the case with Chicken Express. It is always a guessing game, and once you actually roll up to the menu or get into the store at the counter, can you discern things. Having said this, I never buy KFC their portions are always too small.

Customers, BEWARE! Please check your order and receipt before driving away. Went thru drive-thru and ordered 3 wings with a roll and honey. Arrived home and discovered 4 wings instead. I should be happy about that, but I'm not. Instead I was charged for the 4th one. Is it your practice to deliberately add on and charge? This would be considered unethical, unprofessional and bad business. For the sake of principle, I had to drive back to CE and go in dining and ask for the manager to explain about the 4th wing. She said she had her ear piece in and heard me say 4 wings. I had to show her the original order entry from drive thru what my order was. So she lied!!!!!!! I went to explain further and asked for my refund. She provided me cash and asked for me to take the wing out the box. Another unprofessional approach from Chicken Express. The new name I'm giving is chicken highway robbery at Summer Creek.
