Today I ordered a 7 piece spicy chicken strip with drink and mash potatos and gravy and a side of jalapeño poppers. They gave me regular tenders, fries and gravy and the fried corn. I almost cried. I took the tenders back the first time. They switched them but left two of the other ones. The corn I didn't notice. The fries I did notice but I wasn't gonna make a big fuss but when I bit in that corn I dang near broke down. This place usually has the best customer service food and the whole nine. I don't know what happened today tho.

worked here for almost 2 months, building gets new owners and they literally met me once and next thing you know I’m fired because of my “tattoos and piercings” even after i suggested wearing a long sleeve shirt and would take out my jewelry, coworkers for the most part we very nice and chill to work with, not a bad job but with those new owners it makes it a bad job. acting like a 5 star steak out when in reality it’s just another drive thru joint

Ordered on October 27th 2 number 1s with extra side of fries, corn on the cob and a cookie. I didn’t receive my fries then called the store and was told if I come in and give them my name I would get my fries. I came today November 3rd and was told she didn’t have my name down.

Food always really good. Nice and crispy coating without being greasy. Almost always fresh. The one time it wasn't was because we went near closing. French fries have this coating that makes them crunchy. And the tea is nicely sweetened.
People who work there are always really cool. Go there maybe two times every other week, if not more.

If I could give this place zero stars I would but today I went through the drive way and it took the employee at least 10 minutes to get my basic order I asked for, clearly unprofessional. Then when I got my order I went home and got ready to eat my 4 chicken tenders, to my surprise the tenders were RAW! YES RAW NOT EVEN COOKED. And I also clearly asked the employee for a roll but instead he gave me a DRY Biscuit. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!! I encourage yall to NOT go to this place since the management is SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY SERVE RAW CHICKEN!
Their 3 pc chicken is amazing. Add on the fries, roll and corn nuggets and I couldn’t finish it all. Everything was hot and fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I spent $17.31 on a 7 tender box and received tiny chicken tenders. (I am 5’ tall, my hand is not that big. See photos. That’s a nugget!) I asked to buy another roll. It was 75¢. I gave the guy $1 and he asked if I wanted my change back. Umm. It’s 2024 grocery prices are insane. Yes, I want my change back. I can use that quarter in my shopping cart at Aldi. Plus, I went through a drive through not a sit down restaurant. Give me my change back, please and don’t put me on the spot by asking. You want your money, I want mine. Do better Chicken Express on SW Loop 820 in Ft. Worth! Have pride in the quality of food you are serving and customer service you are delivering. 2 Stars because the tiny chicken tenders/nuggets were tasty.

Incompetent employees with no customer services skills. The person taking the order only halfway paid attention, so I had to repeat myself. When I got home, I found my order was incorrect. I ordered and paid for a 7 tender meal and got 4 tenders. A call to the store to make them aware of this did not result in a resolution, and in fact, they hung up on me. While this is little more than petty theft committed by unplesant people, it is enough to make me recommend that this place be avoided.

This place was unexpectedly nice. I got the catfish which were good. The hush puppies were different, but they were great as well. If you have a chicken express near you and have it tried it. This is definitely worth try.
