Im not from around here so this is my first time eating here..Fantastic food!! I went inside and ordered and everyone was so nice to me. The spicy chicken tenders are delicious..my hotel is right next door to you guys and I will definitely be back!!

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the recent handling of my Uber Eats order. Given that delivery drivers are restricted from verifying the contents of sealed bags, the responsibility for order accuracy rests solely with the restaurant. Despite paying premium prices and additional service fees, neither party has taken accountability for this error. I am requesting a full resolution for the missing/incorrect items immediately.

I have absolutely no idea why this location doesn’t have 5 stars. From now on when I want chicken express I’m going to this location, this was the best chicken express meal I’ve had in years. I wasn’t even done filling up my drink and my food was already ready, granted, I was one of maybe five people in the dining room at the time but regardless my food was HOT and FRESH, and oh my good goodness….IT WAS SO GROOD!!!(Grood = Great & Good) Wow, if I wasn’t so full right now I would order more! The staff was extremely nice as well, but I would assume that’s because I was polite to them, just a reminder: YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE. SO BE NICE TO YOUR FELLOW MAN…and WOMAN. ✌️&❤️

We just came through the drive through and had an amazing experience. The manager on duty I believe her name was Cathy was extremely helpful, she took the time to thoroughly explain the menu to us. Her coworker Daisy was very nice. You can tell this place has a great work environment. Great food Great service!!

This was my first time visiting chicken Express in about 10 years since a bad experience but after coming to this location, I will definitely start frequenting it again. I went between 5:15-5:30 approximately and the young gentleman with braces (I don’t know his name) was very personable and polite when he took my order and even recommended a dessert which I declined. Not only was the service amazing, the new spicy chicken tenders were so delicious! They were fresh, just out of the grease and juicy with a nice little kick complimented by the delectable crinkle fries with just the right amount of salt. And to wash it all down was a large cup of their signature sweet tea. What a great experience, and it really made my day.
