Goin' downhill here. The strips were shriveled and dry. The Coke Zero tasted like Big Red or strawberry soda, maybe dirty fountain nozzles or lines. Even the regular seasoned salt was actually the spicy in the wrong package. There are also a lot of flies in here today, and the tables and floor are a mess. Pull yourselves together, I know this place can do better.
Edit: Gave this place another shot. Place was smoky, no AC. My order was better than last time, but maybe they need to clean or maintain their ice or tea situations, because there was a chunk of mold or something in my cup.

Just order Uber eats for the buy one get one free. And a #4 Only got half the order and it was wrong. Spent 41$ no refund.

So I used Uber eats to order the chicken tenders combo. They were having a buy 1 get 1 free deal. Wish I never wasted my money. How in the world do you get the fries to be white?? They were very hard and I couldn't even eat them. The tenders....were not even properly cooked. They were still pink and slimy in the middle. You guys need to be more careful with handling food. Could end up getting someone sick.

Best chicken I’ve ever had, we don’t have these restaurant chains where I’m from and this chicken in THE BOMB!! I really enjoyed their recipe and it goes great with their tea, this kinda southern comfort food is what I live for. The servers were also very courteous and the girl working the drive thru was very friendly, Alyssa was very understanding of my speech impediments and was more than courteous. Food was delivered fast and more than satisfactory! I will definitely be coming back here soon!

I saw my review got deleted. I stopped going here because not only did I get raw chicken once, I also got the wrong count. It not only happen once, but twice. For the prices they charge, it's ridiculous they can't even get things right. I don't blame the young ones working but it's all on management and the franchise owner.
I love your 2 piece chicken dinner. Closing time is 10 PM and at 9 pm started cleaning floors which had pine sol Smell and it's a powerful odor. 5 stars

So when I ordered... I asked how long had the chicken bone in been up they said 12 min.. So I decided to wait for fresh cooked chicken.. Then nevertheless I waited over 20 minutes & to my surprise the fresh cooked chicken was not served to me then I had to get out to return....STOP PLAYING ON YOUR CUSTOMERS INTELLIGENCE... I WAS SO PISSED OFF AFTER I WAITED & WAS STILL SERVED WITH THE OLD CHICKEN & ONE MORE THING STOP WATERING DOWN THE TEA IT TASTED LIKE WATER & SUGAR WITH SOME BROWN COLOR ADDED TO TEA .IJS

I received a interview message on the app Seasoned for Tuesday Nov 12 ,2024 and could not make it in I communicated with the manager Mel Ivore through the app to rescheduled for the following day. I had a major emergency.Mel Ivore replied to reschedule for the next day .I arrived to my interview 10 minutes before our scheduled time and waited inside the building just to have a Manager come out 10 minutes later to tell me they are fully staffed and are not looking for anyone at this moment and walked away .I was very calm but I was truly upset on how they handled this situation the manager that was opening on November 12th,2024 didn't even introduce themselves. My question to Chicken Express is why schedule a interview if you are fully staffed

Ordered a 3 piece white chicken meal. 2 breasts 1 wing. Both breast had been left under heat lamp so long that they were burnt, wing was not fully cooked. Had to throw the meal away, but it was un eatable. They don't care about the quality of their food
