I received a interview message on the app Seasoned for Tuesday Nov 12 ,2024 and could not make it in I communicated with the manager Mel Ivore through the app to rescheduled for the following day. I had a major emergency.Mel Ivore replied to reschedule for the next day .I arrived to my interview 10 minutes before our scheduled time and waited inside the building just to have a Manager come out 10 minutes later to tell me they are fully staffed and are not looking for anyone at this moment and walked away .I was very calm but I was truly upset on how they handled this situation the manager that was opening on November 12th,2024 didn't even introduce themselves. My question to Chicken Express is why schedule a interview if you are fully staffed

It wasnāt terrible however, I went and sat in the drive through for like 30 min waiting on my food, then they messed up my payment, charged me for someone elseās order and then again for mine. So I was out double the amount of money when I should of been out $30 vs $60, they did say it would hit my account within 3-5 days but that was very inconvenient for me, then again made me go to the parking lot and wait because my food was still not ready after i waited in the drive through for forever and they messed up my payment. The food tasted fantastic, and the service was decent, however it should Not have taken this long for a fast food restaurant. The payment mix up was an accident however what if that was the only money I had, then would I of not gotten my food and be out the money? Please get this location some help.

I normally go here (chicken express on berry by Paschal high school) and the service is pretty decent. Today I went and take a drive thru order my total was $58.43, once I get to the window they charged me $61 and I thought that maybe I didnāt heard right. Whenever she gave me my change she didnāt gave me my receiptā¦At the moment of getting my food I asked her for my receipt she closed the window and stay there for a bit and come back and told me that the machine didnāt have paper. Once I get home and took the food my receipt was inside.
