This chicken express has Zero specials, none. I even asked the counter do you have any specials he said no. I thought chicken express was all corporate owned. Why does one location offer deals and not all of them? Is it based on location 🤔 because they are near the university they don't offer specials? Or are they scamming Either way 👎 👎 👎

The fact that there are people working tonight 1/27/26 7:15pm (currently freezing temps and icy roads), serving us food is 5 star in and of itself. But they were all very nice and friendly which made it even better. I would be mad having to work, but they didnt show it all. Nice to see friendly service from time to time, its rare nowadays in fast food.

This food gave me food poisoning. I came Sunday night at around 7:00 and got a spicy four piece chicken strips with okra and sweet tea and 30 minutes later when I got home, I was throwing up. And for the past two days, I’ve had really bad diarrhea. All I gotta say is be careful . I really like chicken express, but I will never return to this one

11-30-25 Evening shift manager needs a retrain. NO customer service skills whatsoever. Went drive thru ordered a 4 piece meal and 7 piece. I received two 4 piece meals. Drove home, noticed and my wife makes the trip back to ask for the FOOD WE PAID FOR! Nothing more. Lady couldn’t be any help at all besides trying to claim I ate food out the box. And that she being THE MANAGER was nothing she could do besides that she’d go call her GM. After going back n forth with my wife she couldn’t even come to the window to make it right another kind employee remade my food. No stars if I could.

This is the worst run Chicken Express I’ve ever been to. No one at register, when someone finally came they didn’t say a word much less greet us. None of the workers would make eye contact. Multiple orders ahead of us were wrong. There plenty of people working but it took 45 minutes to get our order for 2 people. Trash cans were full and there was trash all over the floor. Horrible experience!

For being late and walking in 50 minutes before closing the environment was cleaning, inviting, and friendly! I just want to say thank you guys for being friendly and welcoming. Eventhough it was late and I know you guys are probably tired because you're a cross from the school and probably be very busy all day, the food was great! I think I found my favorite location, that being said thank you again see you guys soon! 🤗
Just went thru the drive thru and I can’t tell you how pleasantly surprised I was to have fantastic service at Chicken Express on Berry, after having dealt with Popeyes on Alta Mesa and their absolute horrible service, I hate to admit it but I was expecting the same, and oh boy was I wrong. I was greeted with a friendly hello at the mic and even friendlier people at the window, just all around great service. Thanks so much guys! OH and thanks to the last gentleman who handed me my food and gave me the heads up on the UBER HOT chicken legs that just came out of the fryer!!!

The food was very fresh and the portion sizes are amazing. The staff was very friendly and listened for exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially since the kid seemed new to the job.

Goin' downhill here. The strips were shriveled and dry. The Coke Zero tasted like Big Red or strawberry soda, maybe dirty fountain nozzles or lines. Even the regular seasoned salt was actually the spicy in the wrong package. There are also a lot of flies in here today, and the tables and floor are a mess. Pull yourselves together, I know this place can do better.
Edit: Gave this place another shot. Place was smoky, no AC. My order was better than last time, but maybe they need to clean or maintain their ice or tea situations, because there was a chunk of mold or something in my cup.
