Got there at 12:00. Ordered seven chicken strips and mashed potatoes. Drove away and the chicken was at best. Lukewarm so is the mashed potatoes yet? The chicken was extremely dry and I'm assuming old pretty gross. I rarely come to Chicken Express because it's not the best and I always get cold food or just bad. So I think I'm done with Chicken Express. I'll go to Bojangles

Ordered the 2pc catfish dinner with okra, coleslaw, and roll. The okra was cold and the catfish was raw. Took the food back and the manager tried to tell me it was cooked properly.

Driving thru around 10pm from Kansas to Waco...was starving. Love Chicken Express and unfortunately there are none in Kansas that I've found. I've missed Chicken E and your Burleson restaurant didn't disappoint this Texas gal. ❤️👍

for six shabby wings, which are sprinkled with a huge amount of flour, they cost $20. Are you a fine dining restaurant? Even there, for six wings, only amazingly cooked, I would pay much less. It’s better to buy a whole grilled chicken at Walmart for $5, or maybe $8, I don’t remember exactly. For two, that’s more than enough. No sauce for it, nothing, just three cheap buns and $20 goodbye

Ate here yesterday food was good and bailey was super helpful and quick but whoever it was that was yelling at her made me want to never come back it feels like a hostile environment and very awkward for customers.
