Ordered the 2pc catfish dinner with okra, coleslaw, and roll. The okra was cold and the catfish was raw. Took the food back and the manager tried to tell me it was cooked properly.

Driving thru around 10pm from Kansas to Waco...was starving. Love Chicken Express and unfortunately there are none in Kansas that I've found. I've missed Chicken E and your Burleson restaurant didn't disappoint this Texas gal. ❤️👍

for six shabby wings, which are sprinkled with a huge amount of flour, they cost $20. Are you a fine dining restaurant? Even there, for six wings, only amazingly cooked, I would pay much less. It’s better to buy a whole grilled chicken at Walmart for $5, or maybe $8, I don’t remember exactly. For two, that’s more than enough. No sauce for it, nothing, just three cheap buns and $20 goodbye

Ate here yesterday food was good and bailey was super helpful and quick but whoever it was that was yelling at her made me want to never come back it feels like a hostile environment and very awkward for customers.

Miss Bailey was awesome respectful helpful & professional but I noticed the manager who I later came by to ask her name and she said oly I never met a manager so unprofessional and a bully I hope corporate looks into her because Bailey doesn't deserve that kind or horrible treatment.
This is the only restaurant that gets my order right every single time!! I always order my okra extra, extra crispy, and they are the ONLY restaurant who EVER cooks it the way I like it!! And the employees are so nice and friendly and respectful and know the true meaning of giving excellent customer service!!! And in today's world, that is such a rare treasure to find!!!

Ordered the 4 pc tender meal with a double order of no-salt french fries. I am usually satisfied with the food and quality of service at this location. Not this time. The tenders were made from something other than white meat (kind of pinkish) and the french fries were some of the most soggy and salted I have ever tasted. Willing to give them another chance since they are usually good at fulfilling my takeout orders.

Gave me uncooked fish and chicken not only that my first order was given to someone else so I had to wait for them to remake it and this is what they gave me pink fish are you serious?!

Stopped by for a quick bite.. I am a firm believer in reviews so it’s only right I leave mine. Adding this was my first eat-in experience with Chicken Express.. Customer Service Cleanliness Fresh & Hot Food quality were all 10/10! I even stopped at the register on the way out to compliment the young men working! Great Job guys!

This used to be my favorite location. Now the food is bland, the chicken is dry, everything is dirty. I don’t know what happened but everything has gotten nasty and they should really reconsider what their priorities are. Most of the friendly people have left, if you can’t keep good people something even I can’t see as a customer is wrong. Do yourself and your stomach a favor and go to a different spot.
