Yeah, a few days ago the first time EVER at this location that we ever seen a problem, my mashed potatoes was cold and my hubby's mac and cheese was cold.....what is going on with this place?????

Went through the drive through and the girl that took our order asked me to repeat my order 3 times then didn’t even read it back or tell me my total. She just said “okay thank you” we then pull up and watch the two people in front of us get pulled forward. When we got to the window she asked what our order was AGAIN and didn’t even have it rang in. She then rang in the order again and up charged me for 44 ounce drinks when I asked for mediums. The guy that then gave us our order, gave us an entire extra meal that we didn’t even order or want in the first place which I’m pretty sure was supposed to go to the car in front of us. But because of the terrible service and being overcharged for my two meals, we took it. The service at this location is slow and poor 98% of the time. Makes me sad that most places on bridge wood Dr are like this:/

Deceptive business practices. They automatically upcharge you for large drinks without telling you just because they are in some competition with all the other chicken expresses, according to to employee.

Horrible customer service! The manger on duty (Tori ) said the chicken was fresh !She didn’t tell the truth !! The same ladies (Tori) that’s working drive thru ,fixed order ,touching money and rubbing her hands on her back side. When I called back to speak with a manger an employee (April)answered and hung the phone up . Called back the manager Tori answers and starts cussing and hung up the phone . Return to speak with another manager and Tori didn’t won’t to come to the front counter to assist

So disappointed!!! Spent $40 on 3 to go meals and they shorted us on the okra on all 3 plus the tinders were the size of my pinky finger. No excuse, just ridiculous. Don't waste your money.
