Visiting from out of town, and my experience was great. The gentleman who helped me—lightskin with dreads—was extremely professional, kind, and quick with my order. He truly made my day. The food tasted amazing, and as an Arlington native, he gave me a really positive first impression of a place I wasn’t very familiar with. Definitely appreciated the great service!

Fried pickles BURNT . Had to change my drink two times until I said forget just give me water BECAUSE ALL DRINKS WERE FLAT . Went to a DIFFERENT LOCATION same day , THIS IS HOW REGULAR FRESH FRIED PICKLES LOOK , take notes because I am COMPLAINING TO HIGHER UPS .

Tried them out for the first time today for lunch. Upon getting back to work and opening my food, I realized that the chicken tenders are not big enough for the price point. My chicken tenders were the size of chicken nugget nuggets. Also, they were cold. My fries were cold and tasted like tons of grease so all in all it was a waste of money and time. The young lady at the window was super nice.

This was becoming my go to place since moving to the area. To a point of about a few times a week. Even spoke to the manager once and his TCU representation one day. Me in my Tech hat and he in his TCU. However, I went there to celebrate Texas Tech's Big XII win later in the day before 800pm. I had the door locked in front of me as I was about to go in, short Hispanic female then she runs to the other door n locked it as well. Wow, a guest who was inside came out to apologie to me for this happening as he left with his meal. Told him thank you, but not his fault. Now, I go to the one off of Easthchase pkwy and 30 now. A bit farther but they have been sweet and kind.

**Zero Stars** geez look at the feathers in my chicken. GROSS refunded my money after I had to drive all the way back to the store. SHOULD have recieved free meal!! Never will go back to this chain.
