Great staff, I spilled a drink and they quickly cleaned it up and replaced my food. Hot and fresh and clean place. Definitely top tier Chicken Express here on Boat Club. Glad to see my old favorite place is still ran well

The fish dinner didn’t come with hush puppies like the picture on the website shows. I think the cole slaw was sour.
It is always a toss up on if the order is correct.

I ordered the livers and they were delicious...the customer service was great!!!
I went to this location and got the two piece catfish combo with french fries and I also got two cherry pies. The fish was old, It was cold and so tough you couldn’t bite into it. The fries were cold. The pies had to be thrown in the trash because they were old. At other chicken express locations, I always wait for the fresh fish to be cooked as well as the pies, and they basically threw my bag out the window when I drove up to the drive-through. For that kind of money, The food should at least be edible. I will not be back to this location.
They don’t cook the regular chicken and the spicy chicken separately. I order regular chicken and when I bite into it, it tastes spicy. Ruins my appetite. I gave it two stars instead of one because the corn nuggets and rolls are good. Please cook your chicken separately.
Came through drive through ordered fish snack and it was old asked for fresh food and in terms got fresh fish and cold fries. Horrible service and food safety.
This servíce was amazing the girls where really nice especially the mexcian girl that took my order I think her name was Jaslin.
Can't get an order right. Food looks and tastes like it was prepared a day before. All of the food was terrible 🤮

found a beard hair at the bottom of my mashed potatoes :((( so grossed out i ate almost the whole thing. keep an eye out.
The food was undercooked I had to repeat my order twice and the sweet tea wasn't good
They have always done good at this location , wish there company would do more family specials .
