I ordered the livers and they were delicious...the customer service was great!!!

I went to this location and got the two piece catfish combo with french fries and I also got two cherry pies. The fish was old, It was cold and so tough you couldn’t bite into it. The fries were cold. The pies had to be thrown in the trash because they were old. At other chicken express locations, I always wait for the fresh fish to be cooked as well as the pies, and they basically threw my bag out the window when I drove up to the drive-through. For that kind of money, The food should at least be edible. I will not be back to this location.

They don’t cook the regular chicken and the spicy chicken separately. I order regular chicken and when I bite into it, it tastes spicy. Ruins my appetite. I gave it two stars instead of one because the corn nuggets and rolls are good. Please cook your chicken separately.

Came through drive through ordered fish snack and it was old asked for fresh food and in terms got fresh fish and cold fries. Horrible service and food safety.

This servíce was amazing the girls where really nice especially the mexcian girl that took my order I think her name was Jaslin.

Can't get an order right. Food looks and tastes like it was prepared a day before. All of the food was terrible 🤮

Never again. I given them more chances than I should have.

These girls at the drive through are so sweet and nice it is very clean food is amazing everybody should come here

found a beard hair at the bottom of my mashed potatoes :((( so grossed out i ate almost the whole thing. keep an eye out.

The food was undercooked I had to repeat my order twice and the sweet tea wasn't good

They have always done good at this location , wish there company would do more family specials .

My husband and I went to this location after his doctor’s appointment. We got home with our food and the order was wrong, missing items, and the rolls were doughy. I called the store, the phone rang excessively, and someone who identified himself as the “manager” finally answered. I was in absolute shock at his reaction to me. He literally YELLED at me, said I was a “psycho caller”, and hung up on me twice. I am not making this up. I was pleasant, spoke kindly, and simply explained what happened and his overreaction, and verbal assault came out of nowhere. It’s scary to think that this man is managing (very poorly) a restaurant that is serving the public food. My family will never visit this location again. The owner needs to send his manager to the Chick Fil A training where if they make a mistake, they kindly apologize and make it right. Chicken Express on Boat Club Road just yells at customers and hangs up on them. Shockingly disturbing behavior towards this customer. I feel violated, especially being treated like this during the Christmas holidays. Shameful.

The chicken pieces are bland. The other foods are good, like the tenders and gizzards. Usually pretty fresh.

My issue is that every. single. time. we go, they leave one item out if my order, but it's usually not something worth driving back for. For example, an apple pie this last visit. Last visit was al two extra rolls. The time before was a cherry pie. But it's every time.

We eat here a lot. Usually 5 star. Have rated it 5 star more than once. Today....beyond horrible. Unedible. Chicken breast must be days old, corn nuggets so rubbery can't eat them. Even roll tastes weird. Not sure what happened today but if wasnt so inconvenient would drive back and ask for refund. Sad part is theyblost a regular customer since now can't trust food quality.
