I've turned around and left the past few times I've visited this location. The Dr. Pepper has had an "Out of Order" sign posted on it for ages, and management doesn't appear to have any interest in fixing it. If something like that is allowed to remain broken up front, I shudder to think what's being neglected in the back, out of sight of the customers.

I ordered through the drive-thru and it was going to take a few minutes for the fish to cook so I asked if I could step over directly next door to pick up an item and then I would come back for my fish. I then went next door and grabbed a few items and on my way out I saw the employees looking out the window and a nice gentleman ran my food over to me, what great service that was!!! I'm sorry I was so elated about the service I forgot to get his name. The service date was 12/18/23 at 9:30pm, thanks to the nice lady at the drive thru too!☺️

Waste of $58. Service sucks. The gravy was watered down & runny. (Do better). I asked the guy twice about ranch for the cheese sticks and he said it’s in the bag (it wasn’t). I asked for butter & honey and it also wasn’t in the bag. He dropped my change on the ground in the drive thru. I’m done. No wonder no one was there around dinner time.

$60 for a 25 pc family meal, y’all are out of your mind. Just tried them again after over a year. Got a 20 tender family meal for $43. Tenders were very old and chewy and gravy was watery. Not worth the money.

Horrible service - angry disgruntled kid Ian working drive thru has no business in cx service. He was literally sitting in dining room yelling at cxs. They claimed to be out of everything at 8pm, I would rather drive to chick fil a up the street.

Received my box of food, no bag or anything. I asked him about a bag and he looked at me like I was stupid. Opened the box and they crammed my napkins, utensils and sauces inside of the box. I threw the food away. The napkins, utensils and sauces are touched by multiple people and they just threw it on top of my food. Disgusting.
