Food was very tasty, but my friend and I found a dead cockroach in the lighting fixture above us. An alive cockroach also ran across her booth. Health inspector + corporate have been contacted.

This review has nothing to do with the food—only the service.
I placed an order and paid, but while the receipt was printing, their system shut down. I showed both the cashier and the manager, Leiani, proof from my bank account that the payment had already been deducted. Despite this, I was told it didn’t go through on their end and was required to pay again.
I was charged twice for the same order. Even after showing proof of both transactions, the manager was unsure if the first payment would go through and told me to dispute it with my bank or come back for a refund. Very frustrating experience and poor handling of the situation.

Normally it's 10 out of 10 till I got food poisoning been in the hospital since having the grape salad unfortunately on Friday. I am still in the hospital and could have died over not being clean. Hopefully I will be home in time for Christmas.

First time here. Delicious chicken salad. Ordered the classic, with a spinach salad. Both really good. Had their red velvet cake too. That was a little dissapointing. Expected more from the queen of the south.
