The staff was amazing! This was my first time ever trying CSC and I have to say I’m impressed! Food is delicious and fresh! Price is comparable. The only complaint I have is the Mac n cheese is flavorless and kind of runny. Overall great experience, I will be back!

We had a small catering order for today for our business and Nancy and her team at the Ridglea location in Fort Worth went above and beyond! They were right on time with the delivery of our order, everything was right and they made sure that we had everything we needed. They even included a hand written thank you note to thank us for our business. 10/10 will order again!

We at their at lunch. The staff was amazing. Super friendly. I’m giving 4 stars due to their being plastic in my broccoli soup. The main dining room felt a little on the hot side while the restrooms were super cold.

We had the classic and one with some fruit in the chicken salad. They were good but I expected more flavor from the added fruit. Kind of bland.

Staff definitely posses pretty obvious training deficiencies. I was overcharged and made to pay for an additional meal because the clueless cashier stated that the kitchen couldn’t place four scoops in one container. This is odd considering I’ve only ever done it that way. I wouldn’t recommend visiting near closing as they will just retrieve one of the quick chicks out of the cooler and serve that to you instead of serving you fresh chicken salad. Won’t be back to this location. What a joke!

Insanely unprofessional manager! When I picked up my order, my side of chips were missing. So I called with this problem for a SIMPLE solution of a refund since I was already home. Instead of asking for my order number and coming up with an actual solution, the “manager” interrupted me all throughout explaining my problem just to tell me she “doesn’t know how to issue a refund”. The most asinine lie is for a manager to not know how to MANAGE a customer issue. She then put me on hold(for what, I don’t know) just to come back and say she still doesn’t know how to do her job. So I asked how is this problem going to be solved because it is not my fault that someone can’t pack an order properly and instead of helping, she found satisfaction in hanging the phone in my face like she’s the one that is inconvenienced. At this point the problem isn’t even the chips anymore, it’s the fact that there was no attempt to help me.
