Standing in to go for over 10 minutes no one comes I go ask for help they tell me I haven't been here 10 minutes when I have I am trying to doordash and they don't even help. The manager or who is ever working needs a new job because she is rude and told me to cancel my order if I have somewhere else to be, instead of having the order ready when it's supposed to be picked up

For a Chili's restaurant this is incredibly consistent food over the last few weeks when I visited three times. This location open when I was in high school in the early 90s and was an instant success. It still looks like it did 30 years ago. But I mentioned the food was still on par. Wait staff was friendly and the bartender was funny.

It's a Chili's so I don't think anyone is expecting anything crazy good. It's a solid choice for someone who doesn't quite know what they want. I've had food come out hot both sitting down and carry out and service has been consistently cordial and professional. It's a nice, safe choice for when you don't want to cook and don't know what you want.Parking: Carry-out has dedicated parking. Parking lot is attached to other shops so parking may be tricky depending on the time of day.
I ordered my family’s dinner here around 5:30. I was told the food would be ready at 6:08. I received my food about 10 mins late. The food I received was cold and was missing sides. I was told by the company the only way they would refund me for my missing food is if I brought the food back. I live 15 mins away. It would make no sense to return the food. Every time I eat here something is wrong and the customer service is awful. Spend your money elsewhere because they don’t deserve it.
