When ordering First they got my drink wrong, and then got my order wrong 3 times. By that time the rest of my party had already ate and finished their food so we just left.

The general Mgr was there and was telling him they were wiping tables and Seats with same rag. As I was listening to some other employees, the was one who talked very loud to the point of being annoying. You knew what everyone was ordering. I asked for him again and mentioned this. There was never a smile but when I made that comment about this certain employee I hit a nerve. He said he wasn't even going to discuss that and became rude. I was trying to explain. So I talked loud and said so this tone of voice is okay and I am not bothering anyone? He got down right hateful. I got the impression maybe he had something on the Mgr as I was told he basically picks his shifts and stations where no one else can do that. It is creating bad moral there and that isn't right. I won't go back due to the fact this Mgr was rude from the beginning and I was bothering him. No wonder noone else is smiling and welcoming people in and acting like he is happy you are there. Seems to me there shouldn't be that one employee that is teachers pet. That never ends well .I feel sorry for the other employees. I enjoy eating where it is a little quieter. Best to them

They took forever to acknowledge me. My food was packed to where the bag busted and hit the floor. Had to wait on a remake and nothing for my time. Management was not courteous nor understanding, almost daring me to call corporate office. We will kot eat here again.

Little cool at our table due to the rainy day but our waitress made up for it! She was sweet fast and efficient! Food was really good ?

If you’re here to visit or you’re a resident, best chilis I’ve ever been to in my 29 years of life. The second I got there, everyone was so nice and welcoming. I went with my two kids- 3 year old and 6 month old. I was ran ragged and I guess they could tell. We’re talking to my kids and offered some ice cream and were playing with my 3 year old. The service and the food were absolutely delicious. I kept asking for things such as my toddler spilling his drink and not one sigh or bad attitude. They deserve a raise and just knowing they have great employees.
It’s a small gesture but they really did uplift me after that visit. Already planning on going back to that chilis in December since I live in GA.
