I wasn't always a big fan of Chili's, but man one persons attitude can make a difference. Now me & my family love coming to this location specifically because of Bryan our server. Guy is awesome in every way. Makes sure you're taken care of & drinks are always full. I'm hoping I can request him Everytime I come here.

This is one of our usual date spots and we love it. Chili’s has definitely dwindled down their menu over the years but the food is always good. This location has excellent servers, most of whom are very attentive. Lots of refills, food usually comes out fast.Only downsides of this location are the hosts - they’re often not at the host stand and take a while to appear, to-go is often very slow and chaotic (no one knows where orders are) and the (lack of) cleanliness. The bathroom is very porta-potty-esque and the dining area is never swept. Tabletops are always clean but I usually have to step over trash on my way to the table and sweep out the booth before sitting down. I know they’re busy but watching people track sticky stuff that they’ve just stepped in through the restaurant is gross and wish they were more attentive to cleanliness.

Food is always good but the TO GO team is never available and long wait times . I go inside to wait because they will take very long to come outside to bring your food , when your inside no one is available and I always have to get a hostess to retrieve my food .. what’s the point of TO GO and your food is cold by time you actually get it .

Ordered ribs, mashed potatoes and another side. The ribs were terrible. Previously frozen I'm assuming. Dry with no flavor, I didn't eat them. The mashed potatoes were almost room temperature and they were horrible. If you want frozen food.... go to chili's. The food is not fresh. The only thing that I ate was the chips and salsa which are always good!

Visited the location with my sister.We ordered some of the queso and it literally tasted and smelled rotten. I’m not sure what was wrong with it as I’ve never had that happen before. We tried to eat it, but just couldn’t.We pointed it out to our server and he switched it to the white queso which was much better. I was disappointed because the other queso was one of the reasons we went there that night.Our cocktails were amazing! Chilis drinks are always on point, and affordable too!The service was really slow! Our waiter was nice, just slow.
Online this location says they close at 10:30. It is even posted on their door that they close at 10:30. We went to this location tonight at 10:12 and the doors were locked. Don't plan on this place being open after everyone else has closed. They lost the service of me and family looking for somewhere that is open later. Too bad!
