Chili's Grill & Bar

Usually chilis is my go-to for outlets at the bar and WiFi, so I can use my laptop on the road. So just a heads up, they don’t have that.

Also it costs over $6 for one glass of coors light, apparently. So ya might as well somewhere classy or locally-owned.

Had to ask 5 people including a manager or whoever is in a red shirt up there to get a togo box then the waiter comes back with out a togo box an ask is there anything i can get you absolutely stupid

Let another large party take our reservation without any confirmation and management did absolutely nothing to fix it.

3 for 10.99 deal old timer burger fries and cola chips and salsa. The burger was overcooked fries were not hot. The cheese was burnt. No taste to the meal on a Saturday lunch. Left the restaurant unhappy.

Don't get delivery

My husband and I were seated before 3 pm. At 3:15 we got up and left. No one took our drink order or even acknowledged us despite being passed up by many servers. Others came in and were served immediately. We have never had that happen before. I will never go back. Sorry to say that some server lost out because my husband tips very well.

I placed my order and told the waitress that to please make sure the burger was well done because in the past when I went there and asked for a well done burger they made it wrong and had to send it back, well the food comes and sure enough same thing the burger is red on the inside and there is no way I can eat it like that. The waitress said she made sure to write on ticket for it to be well done and I let her know it’s okay but can I please get another one but this time well done. While everyone else is eating and finished their food I was told that it will be about five more minutes, and asked if I would like it boxed to go lol because it was closing time!! I told her to please just take it off my bill because by that point I didn’t even want it anymore because everyone else was done eating. The manager never came over and said anything at all . I will never go back because obviously they don’t care about their customers. I get mistakes happpen but make it right just by coming and saying something at least. We will never go back to this location again.

I'm a delivery driver and love coming in recently to pick up to go orders because of Alexa. She's always super nice and smiles and makes me feel welcome. Five stars all around just for getting to see her in such a good mood.

Edit- I do have great experience with every employee but today there was a male with a man bun that rolled his eyes at me and had a negative attitude towards me when I told him about my delivery order.

Alexa is great we need more of her. less of this dude I speak of now.

I will give my 5 stars back after a response to this rude gentleman today

My Wife, Granddaughter(age 9)and myself went on Sunday night and ordered a rack of ribs, Ribeye steak, my Granddaughter ordered cheese pizza. When the food came out we started to eat and the server didn’t come back until my wife wanted something to wipe the BBQ sauce off her hands so when we finally saw the server anywhere Wife went and asked for a wet rag. The server said they don’t have any. She came to the table and I said “you don’t have any white rags in the bar or to wipe tables off. She said that they have paper towels and Wife went to our car grabbed a rag went to the bathroom and got it wet. Wife got back to table the server had brown paper towels that were wet. Wife tried them and did no good. She was successful with our car rag. My Granddaughter asked for some salt. We already surveyed the restaurant for salt and pepper shakers ( none to be found) she asked the server and she said “ It is Corporate Policy not have any on any tables. We asked for a go box and someone else brought out 1 tiny little box, we had a lot of leftovers. I asked for a bigger box and she said “they don’t have any larger boxes”so she went to get a few more. The Manager came out with large boxes. I asked him about the wet rags or wet wipes for cleaning their BBQ SAUCE off our hands he said that is a “Corporate Policy “and salt and pepper hoarding is also “Corporate policy”. It’s been a while since I had gone to Chili’s. There any Chili’s close to where I live. I PROMISE I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER CHILIS because of CORPORATE POLICIES !! I will tell everyone I talk to and let them know what happened and ask them to NEVER PATRONIZE ANY CHILI’S!!

Ordered on Uber eats. Ordered triple dipped with cheese sticks, egg rolls and chicken dippers. Didn’t receive the chicken dippers. Ordered Sante fr burger had no jalapeños or the sauce it was supposed to have. Ordered old timer burger no mustard with mayo instead received both… Uber eats only wanted to give $5 credit for crap that we won’t eat nor received. Called the restaurant and talked to Kimberly the manager and explained everything asked if they would remake and I would come up there and pick up. I was told no I would have to pay for it. Worst customer experience EVER! I stopped ordering from this place a year ago because to go orders are always wrong, thought I would give them a try again. NEVER AGAIN!

Ate at Chili's on Clifford tonight and Chris our server was amazing. He was quick with everything and super friendly. I would recommend him to everyone. I just wish there was people like Chris at every restaurant. Truly a shining star in the service industry. We commend you good sir.
