i ordered one of their margaritas for the very first time not realizing how giant it would be. it was the blackberry patron marg, super tasty, 10/10. as for the food, it's chili's— i can't complain. i do miss when the prices were lower though.

We had a server named Kelsey. My family and I go out to eat ALL the time to different restaurants... But Kelsey has absolutely been the best server we have had in such a long time. Never once did we have to ask for refills, or bags or napkins or anything. She was soooo sweet and very attentive. I'm not so much a fan of chilis, but she most definitely made our experience wonderful!!!! We will be back just to have the excellent experience and service that Kelsey gave us today!

Food was good service was ok. We ordered online and curbside pickup but there was only one person at the take out counter. We noticed everyone going inside to pickup there orders and no one bringing out orders. My son went in and our food was sitting on the counter waiting to be brought out to us ( after the walk-ins were waited on) we got our food and the order was correct and everything tasted great.

Not a good visit for me this time. I'm going to lower the review by 2 stars. They were friendly and attentive enough. It's just that I ordered their World Famous Babyback Ribs as a carry out. I live 10 minutes from this location so when I got home and sat down to eat I was floored. Couldn't chew the ribs good enough to swallow. It was almost like the meat turned into wood. Maybe it was my fault for ordering ribs so late. It was close to 10pm and maybe they had already been cooked too long. I don't know, but I won't be eating their ribs again. Very disatisfied....03/07/2023... Service was very good thanks to Johnathan, but I went ahead and tried the smoke house combo and got the half rack of ribs and the jalapeño sausage. Well I only went because it is one of my Daughters favorite chains, but I'll not go back. This time the ribs seemed very undercooked and it's as though they have a shortage of bar-b-que sauce to serve on them and the sausage was so undercooked that my 3 year old Granddaughter who loves sausage would "not" eat it. I'm sure that once I get it home and finish cooking it, it will be fine. Not happy with the meal at all. It would seem that for the lack of Patrons they're "NOT" getting, they would make damn sure their foods are well prepared or just maybe the customers aren't honest enough in their reviews. If they don't know they're not doing a good job, how do they know how to fix it. Nuff Said.Kid-friendliness: ??
If you’re ordering to go, just know that they cheap you out on sides. You hardly get any fries when you order to go and if you get mac & cheese, it’s literally like two spoonfuls of mac & cheese. I paid extra For sauce on the side and the container was barely halfway full. They fill to go drinks with ice and you get maybe three swallows of liquid. The quality of this place has just gone down And you don’t get your moneys worth.
