Chili's Grill & Bar

Place was lit on a Saturday night. Only had space at the bar, but it worked out! Bartender Skyler was fun and attentive. Had a good margarita and a smashed burger. She didn't really eat all of them ;-)

Order Cajun pasta with chicken from the Togo menu for my wife. When I got home it had little to no Alfredo sauce. Very disappointed with the meal.

Cheese fries - no side plates. Chili's, provide side plates with shareable
Chicken straps- unseasoned breading, just tasted like flour. Old fries on the side
Loaded nachos - no ground beef just their BAD chill sauce. Chips disintegrated in 2 minutes. Hey, Chili's, wet nachos are bad nachos

The manager asked every table but ours (black family) how was the food passed us 4 times that evening. The server was excellent

Sunday 4pm, Placed my order for Three Bowls of enchilada soup, app said 22 minutes. Within just a couple of minutes, I had a text message saying it was already ready. I was still 15-20 minutes away.
2) I arrived, walked up to the to go desk and no one was working at the to go desk, and no one would come help me for several minutes. I could see my order sitting in the corner getting cold.
3) Eventually a lady finally brought up some more orders and got my order for me. I told her the last time we ordered enchilada soup they did not include the tortilla strips. She said they put them inside the soup. I asked why, because by the time I get home they would be soggy.
She said that's what we do.
I asked if we could have some more tortilla strips, because this is 3 bowls of soup for 3 meals. She did go and get one more but had quite a grumpy attitude. When I got home and opened them the tortilla chips were all mushy and Soggy in the middle.
4) I ordered 3 Bowls of soup at $24 and each Soup was packaged in a small yellow Cup, barely enough to fill a small bowl. I think they gave us a Cup of soup not a Bowl. I just measured it in a measuring cup and it's less than one cup.
Great tasting soup, just not what we expected.

Absolutely disgusting. I got takeout & there is a short black hair in my food. I am a blonde woman with long hair.
I also requested no tomatoes. There are tomatoes. I am allergic.

The food was at the level that we've gotten used to with the chain. It wasn't fine dining. But, we weren't paying for fine dining. The quality and quantity of food is always impressive. The servers were cordial and for the greater part professional. (There was one person hiding her face behind a mask and with such an unprofessional hair color that she didn't fit into such a relaxed environment restaurant as Chili's is.)

There are too many poor lighting spots in the parking lot and because of that, the gap between the sidewalk and the curb isn't visible if customers back larger vehicles into parking spaces. I wasn't injured bad enough to report it. But the low light did cause me to misjudge the terrain and fall. It's an easy fix with either different bulbs or parking blocks.

Food was okay. My fries were cold, my wife's alcoholic drink was blah and her sliders(forgot what they call them) were missing cheese. Then things were added to my bill that were not ordered. That was not including the rest of the table and their food. I paid cash. Had $10 change that was due to me and they didn't return my change. I had a very long day so I didn't have the energy to even complain. Maybe they needed more than me. ??‍♂️
