Am always disappointed when I order to go from here. My salsa and dip cups always under filled and my food looks like it was just tossed in the box.

It's quite disappointing to have different experience between the Grapevine Mills and here. We were welcomed at the door and taken to our seat. We had to literally find someone to call for our orders. The person whom we called was very hesitant to take our order because it's not his table to manage. After few minutes our drink order was taken. Other associate served our drink in no time. We had to seek our server's attention again to place our food order. He apologized for the delay because he was given a big group/table to manage. The only order that wasn't up to mark was d salmon. The portion in the picture is lesser. The salmon was overcooked, I didn't know there's option for sides. I was served chili but didn't ask for it.

It was very busy in the bar area so it took a hot minute to get our drinks. However, everything was worth the wait!

Chilli’s has been killing it lately. Their Cajun Chicken Pasta was better than expected. Would recommend.

Esperanza was amazing! We came to have lunch after finding out our babies gender and she was very sweet. The food was really good.

Not a good one. The floors were very wet, too much water at the entrance door. My granddaughter took a hard fall there wasn't enough courtesy to call the manager and inform them.of the situation. We informed the waitress that our food salty and that didn't even matter. Not a happy customer.

Justin was an awesome server, he was attentive to all our needs made sure that our drinks came out super fast and our food was hot and delicious.

I recently visited Chili’s and felt compelled to write about the truly exceptional service I received from our server, Melanie. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely warm.
Melanie managed our table with perfect timing—our drinks were always full, appetizers arrived promptly, and she ensured our main course was delivered exactly as ordered. She had a fantastic, positive energy that made the entire meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. It's rare to find someone who handles a busy shift with such grace and a constant smile.
Because of Melanie's outstanding service, commitment to customer care, and friendly demeanor, this will absolutely be my new regular Chili's location. She is a massive asset to your team, and I look forward to coming back soon! Thank you, Melanie, for an excellent dining experience.

Your app sucks. It has failed you a second time. I have no doubt the staff is friendly but fix your damn app

When we first came in, we asked for a booth. It was pretty slow in the day so there were MANY booths available, but the girl at the front decided to sit us at the booth right next to the front desk where her and another worker would chat loud right next to us. Then I ordered a Classic Sirloin with NO mash potatoes (since I’ve seen it had bacon on it), just shrimp,steak, and brocolli. They proceeded to still give me mash potatoes with bacon on it. At this point i wasn’t really upset, everyone makes mistakes, but the waitress brought me the “new plate” so fast, it felt as if they gave me the same plate with the bacon scraped off, even though she said it was a whole new plate with new steak , shrimp , broccoli, and the mash potatoes i said i didn’t want 3 times already. Low and behold, I find bacon again so they literally just scraped off the bacon and just put chives and cheese on top thinking I wouldn’t notice. The service honestly sucked. We decided we would never eat in here again. Food was good, but if you have any dietary restrictions/allergies, be careful with this place, they don’t care.
