Jennifer was my server and all I can say is that she’s the worst server we’ve ever had at this location. Not only that she was not attentive what so ever and me and my family had to keep asking every other server for things. She was dismissive and super slow and when it came time to pay she took the device we needed to pay on and held it from us not letting us do the survey chilis has guest do at the end leaving me no choice but to leave a review here.

Took my son for an early dinner tonight, & the food was amazing & fresh!I want a HUGE shoutout to our waitress Nicole, who was super attentive to us & made sure we had everything we needed! Loved the friendly conversation, she made feel like I was meeting an old friend!10/10 recommend this location! Ask for Nicole as your waitress if you go! :)

Typical chain Chilis. Our waitress was really sweet and kept the drinks coming. Food was wrong at first then fixed but we asked for them to hold it for a bit and it ended up coming out right away anyways.

Normally i would just leave a survey about what happened at the restaurant but my server came while i was paying to press the finish button on the pay pad before i could continue to the survey. We weren’t given silverware when we were sat and despite someone delivering our drinks and 1 of our 2 entrees (the second never came) no one seemed to notice we had none and i had to notify them we needed some to be able to eat the entree. It seemed that even the manager who was trying to help during the busy hour couldn’t be bothered with being friendly either. I understand it was busy and i honestly was going to just forget it but after my server purposely made it to where i couldn’t leave a review I wanted to leave a review at least somewhere.

We had late lunch on Friday, March 1st.. Our food was awesome, and the service was totally awesome. Our waitress was very nice and took care if us.. Without even asking for refills and etc..Parking: Was plenty of parking space .We was able to park close by the main entrance
Service was not as friendly, food was under cooked. Not the best Chili's I've been to.

Whatever happened to customer service? The service here is AWFUL and we absolutely will never be going back. We checked in and was told upon checkin that the wait was 10 minutes- we waited 30. I get it, wasn’t upset at all- that happens. When we were seated I noticed there was several booths open and asked if we could sit at one considering my husband is quite tall and we were told no, it is based on rotation. If we wanted to sit at a booth we had to go back on the waitlist. We were seated at a very crowded table area with no wiggle room for longer legs as we were back to back with people on either side of us. When the waitress approached us, we asked if we could move to a booth literally across from us and she rolled her eyes at us and said no we could go back on the waitlist or leave. She was insanely rude and could see that we were very limited on space and could not have cared less. If they didn’t have open booths, this would not have been an issue but there were at least six booths open and not being used. Not okay. We walked out and left and went somewhere else and will not return again.
