Okay so let me preface this review by saying.... I love ice cream, it really is what it is at the end of the day.....not this place! Upon entering a floor covered in a thick fog... My date and I approached the counter and were greeted by the most friendly and knowledgeable employee at the establishment. !!Santos!! On Labor Day Monday the young guy running the store was awesome- he was juggling so many orders and working solo ! He was amazing !

Went here with my son this weekend and it was great! We walked in and the guy explained the process and how it works. They had tons of flavors, and my son got a really weird combo of Nutella and salted caramel ice cream with granola mixed in. I went with vanilla and butterfinger mixed in. The ice cream is different. It's really dense but creamy too. The portion cups look small but once you get the ice cream you understand why. It was delicious in the end. Would recommend.
