Always been a big chipotle fan. It’d quick, easy and the food is good. Great staff too. However, the portions are an issue, specially with chip amount. My first visit was about five chips in the bag. The second time was a few more than that. And the chips taste stale. Maybe if they actually handed them out at a normal rate, they wouldn’t get stale. So do yourself a favor and skip any chips and dips.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The area was busy, but the server tended to us with ease and no rush. Thank you. We're in the Cook hospital visiting, so it was great to end the day well.

This is my go-to Chipotle, and it never disappoints! Every time I visit, I’m greeted as soon as I walk in, and the staff is friendly for the most part. The restaurant is always fully stocked, and the food is hot, fresh, and delicious.

I’m honestly shocked that the reviews for this location aren’t so good because I never have a problem here. My experiences have always been positive and consistent.

A few tips for anyone planning to visit: this location is on the corner near a busy intersection, so parking can be a bit limited. It also gets extremely busy during lunch hours, so plan ahead and be careful navigating the lot.

Overall, I keep coming back because the service and quality are great every time!

The place is very dirty. They didn't have white rice. The chipotle and honey chicken place was absolutely dirty. They didn't have any. What happened to Chipotle in the last 10 years? That didn't happen before.

Went on Sunday 3/9 at 12:30pm and the staff there has the worst customer service. Especially the woman telling the cashier the order to be charged and giving the toppings. She charged me for getting the salsa on the side (i like to do that bc you never know when they will be heavy handed with it.) And she rolled her eyes about it when i asked if i was getting charged extra the way she told the cashier. She said it wasnt extra but sure enough on my receipt i got charged for it. Also i added guac and the amount the person put in my bowl was extremely comical. Seriously, maybe a tablespoon worth. Ended up having to ask they just put it in a container so i can get the right amount i was paying extra for. When we are paying almost $20 for a single bowl, please dont be so cheap and rude. Chipotle, you charge enough to get and pay good employees.

I placed an order online, specifically requesting no beans. When I got home and prepared to eat it, I was surprised to find black beans in the dish. Unfortunately, for me I had to drive back to the location to get it made over.

I'm not sure how you could mess up a Chipotle door dash order normally the portion is off on the bowl but this was not the case the food was very old and spoiled the sour cream left a horrible taste in your mouth with every bite the meat taste funny and the salsa was terrible I was so convinced that I ordered the realest doggy bag ever bc as you can see this bowl was full just disgusting and the queso dip was terrible as well it taste spoiled and the mixed peppers were throwing everything off I never get that in my cheese dip like ugggghhhh the entire meal was a waste never going back bc food is way too expensive to just be given to a dog especially when using door dash everybody can't return the food when it's messed up and door dash don't credit everything

Portions were nothing to write home about, although I will say not less than expected. Ordered on the app this time and got a bowl with double steak and queso, ended up at like 20$ before the tip. They made it available for pic up on time.
Only complaint is the price

Parking: There is 2 to 3 parking spots on the street along with the main one outside of the location I’ve seen to get busy at times and it can be hard to find parking outside of that

My pickup order today was half-complete. I ordered chicken, rice, pinto beans, veggies, corn, cheese, lettuce, and salsa. When I got home and opened the container, it had chichen, rice, and beans. Nothing else. Totally BS.
