Ordered DoorDash from this location the red salsa was disgusting and the chips were stale and old definitely old! I really hate we spent our money for bad quality food. You all should do better and management needs to be more proactive!

All tables and floor were dirty. Appears the same story at all locations these days. They deliberately leave it all dirty so the staff has to clean minimally. Customers see dirty tables and won’t sit to eat. Staff are mostly kids so more time to not work and get back to their phones. No quality control on food orders as vegetarian orders have meat and non-veg orders have a teaspoon worth of meat. Charge for one adult meal with toppings is about $13-15. Shareholders rejoice and paying customers are defrauded. Customer service or ethics line leads to no changes or actions.

don’t bother ordering online I got 2 bowls and they were both nearly empty. I’m not expecting a full bowl but not even that empty your joking, then went to get a refund but you have to call online to get a refund she also said just throw them in the trash so I did. Then costumer service said I can’t offer u a refund but I can give you a buy one get one 😂 after I payed for 2.

The black beans I got (as a side in a quesadilla meal) had no flavor, not even salt. Just plain, bland black beans. Also found a hair in my queso. I’ve never had a bad experience at Chipotle before. Won’t be returning to this location.

I had to call corporate to unlock my account that had been locked after making too many refund requests for this location for serving me over or under cooked food. Never in between. Worst location I’ve been too. Hate it’s the closest one to me.

I asked to get a table wiped down.
Guy with a beard says. "Which one"
I said i dont care all of them.
He wiped down 1 table.

Just do the bare minimum.
Wont be back ever.

The apparent "manager" served me at 8:33PM on 2/4/25 order #407. She put a tiny scoop of brown rice and the smallest scoop of black beans I have ever witnessed. I asked for extra and she literally scooped 5 beans onto the spoon and added it to the bowl. I said are you serious you didn't even put a good scoop to begin with and your going to follow up with adding 5 beans. She got an attitude said that I am not gonna talk to her like that and she walked off. A different employee stepped in and finished my bowl again adding the smallest amounts of toppings.
I took the General Managers card to inform of the situation and its completely automated and wouldn't let me through. I would like a number where I can reach out and get this resolved.

I ordered a bowl with no rice and as you can see, it has rice. It’s a simple mistake and my complaint is simply that when I called to let them know, I was hung up on twice. I was t even asking for a refund or a new order, I just wanted to mention quality control for online orders needed an improvement. I get that for some people, it’s not a big deal. But for someone that can’t eat rice and has been working for the last 11 hours, the last thing I want to do is have to drive down to talk to someone. Just improve QC and don’t hang up on people. And after looking, there’s not even beans in my bowl 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. I asked for Black beans, no rice. I got rice and no black beans

Carla is very skimpy with portions. If I pay $24 for JUST A SINE BOWL I expect to actually be full. The gentlemen had offered my brother free chicken on the side bc of how small the portions were. Thank you ! And god

Placed an order on the app. Drove there to pick it up. They said they were out of tortillas. Asked if I wanted a refund and then gave me a number to call. After wasting 30 minutes I was told I would get my money back in 3-5 days.

They don't check UberEats or Door dashers phone to ensure that the right orders are being picked up. Ordered my daughters food last night on the CHIPOTLE APP (personal order, meaning I'm picking it up myself). A door dasher went in to pick up an order for Jessica and showed them the confirmation for that individual. But also stated they had an order for an Erika (no confirmation shown). So the employee handed over Jessica's order and my order. Spoke with the manager, and he told me they don't always check the person's phones. They just take their word for it. Spoke to a Door Dash representative and was told that because my order was placed on the CHIPOTLE app, they can't track who picked it up.

If your employees aren't checking for confirmation numbers, then you don't need to have contracts with food delivery services.
