I ordered a steak burrito bowl and when it arrived there was no steak in the bowl. I tried to call the store and the automated system is pure garbage and wouldn’t put me through to the manager and this is on top of the order taking way too long to be prepared.

I went to this location last night. I ordered 2 bowls and a quesadilla. Take them all the way home to realize that the rice is not cooked. Every bite had hard grains in it. We ended up throwing it away. What a waste of time and money. Done with this location.

I’m very disappointed with this Chipotle location. The environment feels unfriendly and unwelcoming, and the management in particular has been rude and unprofessional in multiple interactions. Staff seem to be irritated. Portions are noticeably smaller than other locations, and overall customer service is poor. This location really needs attention and better leadership because the current experience does not reflect the standards Chipotle has.

Most often out of fountain drinks. You pay for product, expecting to receive product that should be available. I can’t count the times, I’ve paid for unsweet tea or the filtration drinks only to walk over and containers are empty. Frustrating. 😞
