The entire burrito was cold. The cheese and other things I can understand, but even the chicken was cold. Staff was very friendly and fast though.

My recent visit to Chipotle was not just about enjoying a delicious meal but also about experiencing genuine warmth and kindness from one of their exceptional employees. Let me introduce you to Omar, the embodiment of love and compassion in the fast-food industry. From the moment I entered the restaurant, Omar greeted me with a radiant smile that instantly lifted my spirits. Their eyes sparkled with genuine warmth as they welcomed me to Chipotle, making me feel like a cherished friend rather than just another customer in line. What truly stood out about Omar was their extraordinary capacity for empathy and care. They took the time to engage with each customer, not just to take their order, but to genuinely connect with them on a personal level. Whether it was asking about their day or offering a word of encouragement, Omar made everyone feel seen and valued.During the ordering process, Omar displayed remarkable patience and attentiveness. They listened attentively to my preferences and dietary restrictions, ensuring that my meal was prepared exactly to my liking. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. As I enjoyed my meal, I couldn't help but notice Omar going above and beyond to spread love and positivity throughout the restaurant. Whether it was offering a comforting word to a frazzled parent or sharing a heartfelt laugh with a regular customer, their genuine kindness touched the hearts of everyone around them.In a world where fast food can often feel impersonal and transactional, Omar is a shining beacon of love and compassion. Their ability to infuse every interaction with warmth and empathy sets them apart as Chipotle's most loving employee. In conclusion, my experience at Chipotle was made infinitely brighter by the presence of Omar. Their boundless love and kindness have left a lasting impression on me, and I cannot wait to return for another dose of their heartwarming hospitality.

I unfortunately had a bad day at work so I told myself “ maybe some chipotle would we be nice”. I walked into chipotle and this Hispanic/Asian man on the grill welcomed me with the biggest smile, I felt like I was seen for once in my life. I asked him for his name, he said it was Kevin. I greatly appreciate this man for brightening my day. If I could give more than five stars I would? Will be coming here again :)

Across from Texas Motor Speedway, you will find this cafeteria style Mexican restaurant. It's like Chat GPT got together with Aunt Rosie and Viola, food you can craft any way you want.Dream up a taco, engineer a burrito, and develop a bowl. With or without chips. When done, cross the street and drive real fast. You will feel like a champion.

The staff is so slow giveing your food to you and the serving line is so filthy.!!! You can not even talk to your date because the music is so loud like a disco club!! A lot of the staff is joking around and not getting your food ready. It took me 9 minutes to get my food. I understand that they must work. But when you have no one else in front of u ,you are hoping they would move faster. The said thing is the staff don't even say hi or make eye contact with you. What is our country coming to???????? I guess u need a cell phone to text if u want anyone eye contact.

Absolutely the worst customer service at a Chipotle I have ever gotten. So much so that I don't want to tip at the Chipotlane anymore. I'm always hopeful it'll be a different, friendly employee but I get my food thrown at me every time I come to pick up by the same employee, who doesn't even say "hi", "thank you", or "have a nice day". Just the good old "NAME?" and bag thrown through the window. 0/10

I’m regularly having problems at this location. I only ever order online for pick up. It seems like every other time I order, the order is wrong or there are missing items. Today (March 21st) happened to be the same thing. Along with one of the managers (Jose) being very unprofessional and having an attitude.I went through the drive thru window to pick up my order, and asked if I could buy an extra bag of chips. There were no vehicles behind me, and would only assume it wouldn’t be a big deal to ring up a bag of chips and hand them to me since I was already at the window. I was told I had to go inside to do this. As I parked, I checked my bag to make sure the order was right. Go figure, I was missing my bag of chips that was originally ordered online. I proceeded inside and waited about 4-6 minutes in line just to purchase the order of chips. The other manager (Chloe) was working the register. I explained to her what happened and why I wasn’t able to just order from the window. Before she could reply, Jose snapped with a snarky remark and said “cause it’s our job”. I looked at him and said, “Excuse me? Who is your manager?” He replied back, “don’t get too excited”. I asked him again who was the manager, and he pointed at himself. I asked him for his name and he replied back, “I don’t have to tell you”.Jose does not belong in the service industry with how he talks to people. Very unprofessional!

The worst chipotle I've been to. Always dirty. Line workers always have an attitude. Do yourself a favor and just eat somewhere else.Update 1: recently been in a couple of times and things have gotten a lot better than they were before.

They awesome leave the world a tip. It creates quality. I like the place. Everyone could use more money to live just remember it's your way. Dine in take out delivery. Employees and round up or leave more. Put a machine in or have a tip jar. It's quality control.
