Ok so just a casual afternoon and coming home from a soccer game and I’m like bet we can go to chipotle I’m not trying to complain but 2 reasons I don’t like chipotle. 1 they never give me enough food even when I ask for more. and two I specifically asked for a burrito 2 times and it was a Mexican lady and she gave me a bowl right no big deal but then at the end I when I go to eat the bowl that I know is going to be alright I see that it has veggies in it and I specifically asked for no veggies bro chipotle can’t do anything right…

On October 24, 2025 $21.00 placed an online order to pickup of a bowl!
When I tell you this bowl was horrible !!! The pinto beans tasted old and the double chicken on the order wasn’t recognizable!!! I couldn’t tell if it was chicken or not because it was hard and old!! Worst bowl I have ever received!! The order was placed at this location by mistake by my son because I never order at the Golden Triangle Fort Worth location, and it will never happen again! Waste of $21.00!!

Ordered my bowl. Guy stop stood there for 2 minutes just staring at nothing while the they checked people out without even acknowledging me. Then gave me barely a scoop of rice and looked annoyed when i asked for more. Asked if they had more steak and he seemed shocked it was empty…then the girl gave me about 1/8 cup of cheese. It was empty. Asked if she could get me more. She looked at me like I WAS CRAZY for asking for more rice on my 13$ bowl. It was 7 on a Friday I guarantee they weren't just magically out of cheese and even if she was she needed to lose the attitude real fast. Will not be coming back to this location. Or I will just be ordering online so I don’t have to deal with the attitude problem that is occurring inside.

This is by far the worst chipotle in Keller Southlake Haslet are. I have been here several times. They give you such a small amount of food . They don’t even fill up the plastic cups for sides . They refused to allow me to get a water cup without ordering food, and their staff has been unpleasant every time I have been there.

I ordered a burrito with beef, cheese, tomatoes, black beans, and greens. It was pretty good — fresh and well prepared, about what you’d expect from a good place. The atmosphere inside was pleasant, clean, and comfortable.

Just left my local chipotle, disappointed again. Whoever management is clearly doesn’t take pride in their job. We come around 9:30 or 10 every time because we work late. Every single night it seems like they care more about closing up an hour before 11 over making sure they have food for the night. I understand being tired after a long shift but to run out of steak and chicken ALL the time because they have already began to clean the grill, with an hour before closing seems a bit out of touch. Hopefully, they can be more prepared and actually take pride in what they do in the future

Worst customer service! If you're not going to use your drive-thru window then put up a sign saying no longer in use or shut it down. I sat there for 5 minutes as your employees literally just flat out ignored me.
