Chipotle Mexican Grill

Absolute trash. Got a bowl and the rice was so hard I thought it was going to break a tooth. Impossible to get ahold of anyone without having to go back up there. $15 for cold, hard, inedible food.

I went to this chipotle yesterday 9/25 because I had a taste for some chipotle. Everything looked like it was from the day before but, I gave them a chance. There was no fresh meat only scraps in the tin containers. I took my meal home and today 9/26 I’ve been sick as a dog. I’ve been vomiting, nauseated, chills and with the runs. It’s my fault because normally when the presentation isn’t up to par I wouldn’t even purchase!!! I know something was spoil because I’m sick today 9/26/2025. Yes I want a refund and my doctor bill reimbursed

For some reason, I keep thinking if I come on different days of the week, one of the days I would actually get fresh chips. Maybe this is just a company wide issue, I can’t remember last time I’ve had fresh chips at a Chipotle.
In addition to saving money by skimping on the meat they put in your order, (my full-size burrito was the size and thickness of a Pop-Tart, do you remember how big they used to be?) now they’re saving money by buying 10 day old chips from somewhere else?
Not worth the $40 for a burrito and 3 tacos.

Picked up an order that we placed through Uber eats. For $10 a bowl we should not be getting less than half the bowl filled? Super small portions. Only 5 pieces of chicken.

I go to this particular location because I am by it quite a bit. The entrees are good, however the chips have been stale at the last four visits. I asked a friend what her experience was, as she lives close to this location. She confirmed that she consistently gets stale chips as well. When you're buying guac or queso, you need good chips. For the price it should be consistent.

I just placed an order to be picked up and once I got them, there was NO RICE in my bowl. Both portions are unbelievable and 3 pieces of lettuce is outrageous. Worst Chipotle I ordered from.

Skimpy with the portions, not as good as the alliance location with that. Charges me for kids tortillas which every other chipotle I’ve ever been to let’s slide which keeps me coming back, somehow my bowl was $4 more expensive. Just go to the alliance one.

Came in at 7:15pm on a Friday. The whole place was dirty. When my wife told the manager that the ice machine was out of ice he shrugged and said “yeah the machine is broken and we’ve been having to refill it ourselves, when we aren’t slammed.” We were there for 30 minutes and they never refilled it. Also the chips and that we paid $4.00 for were very stale. Normally I wouldn’t cry about this kind of stuff, but when you drop $70.00 to feed a family of four (one of them getting a kids meal) at a fast food place, you should at least expect cold drinks.

This Chipotle is the worst I have ever been to. Each time I go I am always disappointed because my bowl is only half filled and I more often than not have items missing from my bowl or my order.

It's a typical chipotle restaurant nothing special. food was fresh and portion sizes were good. Staff was friendly.

Flies around the food, dirty floors and windows

The portion size is so less they basically give you half spoon of protein. The price has gone up and the entree served is half a spoon. They are always low or out of beans and chicken and steak. The staff couldn’t care less about the wait time.
I have also noticed the entree served varies with the customer they are serving. If you are a woman then the amount further goes down. I got 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl and paid 11$ for that.
