Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food is good, but this location stays trashed… filthy tables and overflowing garbage. It makes me wonder if it’s that dirty for the public to see, just how dirty is it behind the scenes?

I’ve ordered from them 4 times and every time it’s been wrong. Never again.

Every time we go, it’s like a roulette. Never know if it’s going to be gross or the employees are rude. Today, 10/16, we picked up an order to go. The girl at the window seemed upset we were there. She was around 19/20 years old & I asked for more vinaigrette because I like extra. She said she already put it in the bag. We got home and there was none. We will drive to Alliance instead & I advise you to do the same. :)

Very, very disappointing with almost the entire order. Ordered a Brisket burrito bowl and sides of Guac and Queso to go. Burrito bowl was doused in sour cream, to where I had to scoop a bunch out and even then it was way too much. The Brisket? Seemed like there were MAYBE 8-10 small pieces of Brisket. Was hard to tell bc of all the sour cream. Guac and Queso were good, but the chips for both were very stale. Very poor quality control, total waste of money.

After waiting more than 10 minutes for nothing by the way….They told me they have no meat except once. Everything was empty! It was only 1:40pm…..
I mean I know that Chipotle is nice but this location is terrible!
This location does not reflect the service of this franchise!
I will have to change the location cause this one is really terrible!

The last 5 TIMES we've ordered from this Chipotle through the website, they've gotten our order wrong. 3 of those times, we ordered crispy tacos and got soft tacos instead. And the other two times, they left out a major order item (but still charged us for it).

This location is an absolute joke. Is the expectation here that you BARELY fill a bowl? I spent $11 on what exactly? Am I just paying for extra air space in the bowl? I should have listened to the other reviews!!!!

Past few times our orders have been trash. The presentation and taste are just waaaay off. So disappointed with this location.

The barbacoa was a blob of "meat." It was all fat with no good pieces of actual beef. Gross and cold.

There are more staff than customers-first alert. It just feels like they are serving a homeless kitchen. All slopped in the same bowl, yuck. My chicken was covered in some sauce as to hide the flavor of how long it had been in the serving line. It was my first and my last not healthy. The chips are sacked and I swear to God they have been sacked for days. They were very stale, and there was one employee that had to keep talking about the F bomb with his stories of how he played high school, football, etc., etc. effing this effing that, just don’t do it, this was the chipotle located on North 35 which I might call SAGINAW. Don’t get me wrong. The manager was over the top magnificent but one man cannot make all those wrongs a right.

Everytime I visit this location the line is never stocked food always appears to have been sitting and the employees are always very rude! Never hands you the food just sat it on the counter.

I just had the worst burrito of my f’ing life… my fiance ordered a bowl and her steak was literally freezing…. Yup I’m done with this location…. Terrible quality. Don’t go here.
