The guy making the orders here is great!! Other places they barely put any food but this place knows how to fill them bowls up!!! He needs a raise ASAP!!! There’s a Chipotle by my job but I go out of the way to come here! Amazing!!!!!

I showed up about 8:45pm kinda late… usually a lot of locations are ready to call it a day and customer service is not at it’s highest which is understandable.
But this place was different from the beginning of my order the experience was great. From the way the lead manager interacted with his employees was great. Shout out to Curtis and Jesus for the good experience. I also noticed how well they carried themselves.
I got to witness two young boys walk in and say it was their first time. Curtis didn’t hesitate to make their first experience good. He asked them if they wanted to wait for the more popular choices since they were low due to being the end of the day!
Thank you guys keep up the good work!

My wife and I went in on a slow weeknight at 930 pm. Kitchen was entirely closed and they had only two meat options. They were also out of corn for my burrito. I get closing early to get home earlier in food service. I did it as well. But you have to be prepared with food till the end of the night. Also Chipotle claims they don't use freezers. But I found freezer burn on several food containers in the food line. So explain that. I could understand if they were slammed but it was like a ghost town in there. Very disappointed in my stop there. And very frustrated to have to pay full price to settle over some leftovers.

nasty environment we had a bug in our bowl.. didn’t wanna cause a big scene in the establishment but it’s very disgusting to open our chipotle bowl to a bug crawling out of it.. 0/10 would not recommend this location. Manger did give us options to refund or remake. My stomach & skin still crawls..

This place closes at 10:00 pm but a lady worker dumped out the Brewed Teas at 8:40pm after I purchased a Unsweetened Tea(not so fun to deal with when I purchased a really spicy Burrito and I am a Diabetic and out of drink). I love this place but I don’t love that! Please fix this Chipotle.

They charged us for a bag of chips, only for it to be almost empty, asked if this was a side or what since we PAID for a bag and they said they can’t fill the bag up! But yet they can charge us. Never coming here again.
I am not sure about why people have so much negative to say. Honestly….this is the best chipotle I have had in the area. I don’t think the 377 chipotle could make good chips even if their reward was a billion dollars. The best chips I have had in 15 years eating chipotle. Don’t change and who ever makes the food keep it and make sure you train up for any turn over. Thank you!!!

Went into this Chipotle with high hopes, as I've worked at Chipotle before. The lobby wasn't dirty and the line was clean. I saw that the pan of white rice was full and thought, "Awesome I can load up this time". As I only get rice, proteins (double portions), and cheese. Everything seemed great and I headed home. Took a bite of my bowl and parts of the white rice were completely uncooked. All throughout the entire bowl. It was literally inedible and I spent $28 dollars for the Bowl (triple protein) and a Lg. Chips and Gauc. I will be going to the Rufe Snow location as this is horrendous. As someone who has worked there before this is because whoever was working grill made a double portion of rice. Which they are not supposed to do, and didn't even make the rice correctly. Will not be back, and it's sad because I live 2 minutes away from this location.

First time at this new location and they were out of 3 of the 5 things I order on a bowl. Out of one type of rice, no corn, no chicken, no steak, and when they got the steak cooked and I got to work with it I saw the steak was not cooked all the way . It was red
