I’ve never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. The girl working the counter was extremely rude and acted like our questions were a huge inconvenience. To make matters worse, I found a fingernail in my food—yes, a fingernail—and a strand of hair on top of it. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. I can’t believe this place is open. Never coming back, and I suggest everyone stay far away

How can you send an owl with beef meat that usually sits in a hot broth icy cold in a bowl how is that possible if it’s cooked it tastes like they got it out the refrigerator and not I’m questioning the quality of all my other bowls I ate this it could make me sick you can’t call them they won’t answer the phone probably because they ar getting complaint calls all the time I want to file a formal complaint and I will take it up with the health dept maybe they need to be thoroughly checked to make sure they are cooking and cleaning in there as they should I wanted their hinam resource number but Grubhub was no help if I did drive I would have definitely went back and told them in front of all the customers about their u edible food I just want throw up what I ate it makes you anxious knowing you ate uncooked food or old food I’m really disgusted this means it was never in a hot container this chipotle is on north beach street my grub hub driver had to wait for this order because it was busy so that means fresh food and by chance someone comes and responds to this review make sure you’ leave a number so I can file a complaint

I live close to 2 different locations but I refuse to go to any other store , I love this location my food is never messy the staff is nice and friendly and quick keep up the good work !!!

I have only been here twice, but both times something was a miss. First time they forgot my chips and I went thru the line. This last time (yesterday) I bought a medium drink and realized after that it was $3.10 really! Why is such a small cup so much money. I have been at restaurants that charge less than that and I at least get a refill.

The Girl with the glasses she is always working the line , well she is Super slow and no it wasnt a one time thing its EVERYTIME I Go , She is always on the line and ALWAYS Moving so slow , she looks like she dont even want to be there and thats fine but when you see more and more people het in line , Its Probably best to put some pep in that step cause that line gets SUPER Long and she STILL Takes her sweet time .

ordered chicken bowl to go. they had no chicken so settled for the beef bowl. the white rice was so salty that the whole bowl was not edible. not sure who is responsible for quality control. terrible!

I ordered through the delivery app and when I received my bowl the sticker displayed everything I ordered online. However, I was met with the absolute opposite of what I ordered. Instead of right rice, chicken, mild salsa, fajitas, and sour cream I was given chicken, two different kinds of beans, cheese, and an unnecessary amount of sour cream. This honestly felt like it was Put together on purpose. 👎🏻

I had an issue redeeming with an online offer, and the manager, Casey, worked with me to find the issue and make sure I felt heard and taken care of. He was not only helpful to me, but kind to his staff. He is an excellent manager, and a great representative of quality and care. I will happily return to this Chipotle as often as possible.

I work down the road from this chipotle and come to this location roughly 2-3 times per week for the past year. 75% of the time I have an issue, at this point I’m over it and done. Chipotle support SUCKS and never helps. I constantly try to call the restaurant for a manager and they never connect me. Today I ordered a DOUBLE honey chicken bowl and I paid for a DOUBLE, I got a single only. I’m fed up with this stupid place and how careless and negligent the employees are.

Have tried this location twice.

First go, my wife had less than half of a normal amount of meat that other locations give. Second time, we found a zip tie in her bowl... A ZIP TIE. They can't get their shit together. avoid this location if possible
