First time at this location & OMG I was so amazed! The front staff were so quick, kind and communicative with each other so i was in & out with my food in what felt like under a minute! Great portions too. Whoever is running this place & staff is doing excellent!

This is my 2nd time coming here and having a horrible experience. Heidy or Haley I'm not sure but the short girl in the front who gets your started off with your food is VERY rude. Attitude from the get go not a smile on her face. I had to come in for a refund due to an extra charge. She argued with me on there not being an extra charge when there clearly was an extra charge. Then, after she realized, she told me a refund isn’t possible since I’ve already been charged. She then snatched my receipt and stomped to the manager who told her to give me a refund, she comes back and gives me a refund while talking about me in front of me with her coworkers.
I recommend this place get new employees, those who truly want to work there. Before then, I recommend the chipotle on Rosedale the employees there are way better.

So it’s around 5:30 I dine in and ask for a barbacoa bowl there was very little in the pan close to nothing I mean she is scraping the pan to gather the pieces that are left she told a skinny female that they ran out and her response was we are not cooking any more the bowl was skimpy 2 spoons of rice one of beans near to nothing protein for nearly 20.00 dollars and than they were playing trap music on a Bluetooth speaker very unprofessional I will not be going any more and I do need corporate number so go head and reply with it down below

This place is terrible!!! VERY DISRESPECTFUL to their customers. Called me crazy just because i asked for more food. Manager was terrible and didn't know how to mitigate the situation and instead escalated it. Never coming here again. I should have looked at the rating before going here, makes sense why they have a 2.8 rating lol what a joke

I got food poisoning on Oct 21 after ordering a steak bowl with the chimi sauce. I had bad diarrhea that night up into the next day. Im Not sure whats going on with this specific chipotle but it needs to be investigated.

If you want somebody to roll their eyes 👀 at you, This is the place to go. Plus get an attitude for wanting your bowl your way (Haley) is extremely good at it. I didn’t even ask for anything major(only cheese on half the bowl).Her tone went down after I asked her name. Not going for food there anymore.
