They let the undercover tow truck workers go in there and spy on you to make sure you in there eating, wont be going to this location again. So many things wrong with this.

The absolute worst customer service ever! I had to clean the drink station myself no forks were available and the attitude of the staff is less than par! And please let me know how a restaurant does not have any salt or pepper!!!!

I think you need to have your managers sitting on a shift lol because y’all employees get really stressed when it’s busy 🤣 & they’re very passive,
Also your staff will stand in a corner and talk and you gotta wait on them to finish a convo to pay, it made me went to take my tacos and leave.
Other than that, whoever’s doing the cooking, KEEP EM AROUND! Great quality of food folks!

Possibly the worst chipotle I’ve had. My tacos came with 3 grains of rice, steak was cold. Chips were so stale, queso tasted like sawdust. Normally this chipotle is good, very disappointed.

I came here last night and the staff was so rude, it was about 8pm 🕗 they were more focused on closing than attending the customers, also there were flys in the food chicken meat. And I pointed it out the the lady and she was like oh. 😏 very gross.

I place a mobile order with a pickup time of 11:10am at 10:50am. The order is ready at 11:25. On top of this, I ordered a steak burrito and they put ZERO steak in there. Not like they gave me a really small portion. They put 0 steak in the burrito. Whoever made my burrito needs to be taken behind the shed to be dealt with. Absolutely ridiculous. Attached are the photos of my burrito with no steak in it.

This is literally the worst location. My last and final straw was vegetable shavings and ends in my bowl?? They should’ve just stayed closed. I’ve never seen so many issues in one place, from the workers to the food it’s all a mess.

they put pieces of meat in there every time! just short you so bad it's Horrible. not everyone has access to a car to go pick up their food like I'm sorry. but shorting me bc I'm not there in your face to check you on it is ignorant. the camp Bowie location is better than this bs

The restaurant was dirty, at 130 in the afternoon all the tables were not cleaned, the floor not swepts, looked like in days, ice machine didn't work. When we sat down, I used napkins and hand sanitizer to clean our table so we could sit down. I watched a customer go out to her car and get bleach wipes and come clean the table where she was going to sit. The people working here at Chipotle clearly do not care about their work place or their customers. Paid about 40 dollars for 2 people, we did not finish our meals after after sitting down, feeling if their seating area was this filthy, im sure their cleaning habbits in the cooking area was worse. YUCK !

Extra lettuce? Try a single strand of lettuce and spinach… my portions were fine, and it was fresh. I had to wait maybe two minutes for my order to come up. The restaurant was not unkept during my visit.
