They allow way too many delivery order to be stolen at this location because no one is keeping track of the to-go order shelf. Please improve your protocol to save drivers and customers the inconvenience.

I have been getting take out there for a while. I stop there after work at about 950pm. I no longer go there because even though they don't close until 11pm, at 950pm they are starting to break the kitchen down and put stuff away. Last night I walked out because even though they don't officially close for another 70 minutes, all the staff were cleaning and ignoring the customers. I'm guessing they want to close at 1030pm and leave early every night.

Before reaching the register the experience was the normal Chipotle experience. Efficient, kind and helpful. When we reached the cashier, she was distracted, had to ask what we said again, and double charged for guacamole. The veggie bowl comes with Guacamole, which as far as I know does not include a separate charge for Guacamole. I don’t believe I have ever been charged for guacamole on a veggie bowl. When i approached the cashier about the error, she didn’t listen or acknowledge what I was saying. She said that she charged me only once for the guac on the first bowl. When I asked about the second charge, she said it was for the side of guac, that should have come with the veggie bowl. I gave up trying to explain she double charged. I checked the app and it in fact does not charge for guac on the veggie bowl. Poor customer service. Probably won’t be coming back.

This is the most incompetent group of people I’ve seen in my ENTIRE life. I’ve never witness stupider people with lack of drive or effort. They all have bad attitudes, which isn’t our fault they can’t get a decent job. They also gave me incorrect change after I gave the person who is the “manager” a 50 dollar bill for a 21 dollar ticket, she just said have a nice day. Then I demanded my change and she digressed because she realized she’s wrong. Once I got home I realized she was wrong again and still owes me 8 dollars. Unfortunately for you people I work for a marketing company and I’m going to conduct the worst smear campaign since Trump in 2020. Who ever owns this location showed be ashamed and take a good look in the mirror. This is by far the most disgusting establishment in Fort Worth.

This Chipotle has a little hallway with the to the bathroom that allows for a bit more privacy if you're having a meeting. Otherwise it seems to be a very busy Chipotle with a lot of people picking up to go and a fair number of delivery drivers coming in.

I ordered to go at the counter. I was worried they’d screw up an online order after reading reviews. They did my counter order correctly with good portions. They just didn’t seem to like their jobs, lol. The place was also rather messy. Seemed disorganized. The food was good though.

horrible service, ordered kids meals several times and half of the time they forget to put the chicken in the kids meal. finally went in person and the manager was not apologetic at all. How difficult is it to get a kids meal ready, it only has beans, rice and chicken? Lack of training and caring for the customer

I asked for shredded cheese, sour cream, and corn on the side and they said it would be $1.50 for each one. So $4.50 for something the comes for free on your bowl. I’ve never been charged for these things before and I’ve been coming to chipotles all over DFW for years.

The Hispanic manager there is soooo rude. No acknowledgement of certain customers. Every single time and the way that she speaks to the staff is disgusting. Corporate will hear from me with my recording. Filthy trash.

My husband and I are avid chipotle goers. We love it! I usually don't like to write a negative review but this needs to be addressed. For the past several months, the seasoning and flavor of the food has fallen short. I don't know if there is a new cook or what but it has been so bland! Lack of cilantro, lime, salt or something. Definitely not like how it was...please go back to how it was because we love this chipotle!

I asked for extra meat three different times and all i got for the extra was 2 strands of the barbacoa, that is not extra and still had to pay for double portions
